Claims (14)
- 変動する第1の粒子濃度をもつ第1のシートを、第2のシートと第3のシートとから製造すること;
第2の粒子濃度と厚さが変動する第1の形状とを有する第2のシートを提供し;
第3の粒子濃度と厚さが変動する第2の形状とを有する第3のシートを提供し;かつ
第2のシートと第3のシートとを、第2及び第3のシートの湾曲した表面に沿って合わせて第1のシートを生成し、
第1のシートと第1のシートの端の近傍に配置された光源とを備える装置を製造する、ことを含み、
第2のシートを第3のシートへ合わせる際に第2のシートから第3のシートへと粒子の物理的な拡散が伴う、方法。 - 第2のシートと第3のシートとを溶融によって合わせる請求項1記載の方法。
- 第3のシートと合わせるとき第2のシートが液体である請求項2記載の方法。
- さらに第2のシートを固形化することを含む請求項3記載の方法。
- 第2のシートの固形化は第2のシートを冷却する工程を含む請求項4記載の方法。
- 第2のシートの固形化は重合工程を含む請求項4記載の方法。
- さらに物理的な拡散をする時の物理的な拡散の速度と時間を制御することを含む請求項2記載の方法。
- 物理的な拡散は第2のシートが液状の時に粘度を制御して速度を制御する請求項7記載の方法。
- 第2のシートからの粒子の物理的な拡散が第1のシートにおける変動する粒子濃度を作り上げる請求項2記載の方法。
- 第2のシートを連続的なプロセスで提供する請求項1記載の方法。
- 連続的なプロセスを用いて第2のシートを合わせることを含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 第2のシートを型へキャスティングすることによって第2のシートを提供する請求項1記載の方法。
- 物理的な拡散が、第1のシートの全体にわたる粒子の濃度の均質化を伴わずに第1のシートの粒子の濃度の局所的な均質化をもたらすに足る強さである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 上記局所的な均質化が、第1のシートの厚さに及ぶ局所的な均質化を包含する、請求項13記載の方法。
