Description
Claims (22)
- 患者体内の生理的状態を測定すると共に測定されたデータを外部装置に提供する生理的状態センサが遠位端に設けられるセンサワイヤを備える測定システムであり、
前記センサワイヤの近位端に接続されるように構成される送受信部と、
前記外部装置と接続して配置される通信部とを備え、
前記送受信部は、測定されたデータを前記外部装置に転送するために、通信信号を用いて前記通信部と通信するように構成され、前記測定されたデータを含む前記通信信号は、
前記送受信部によって生成され、出力信号として転送され、前記通信部は、前記外部装置の規格入出力コネクタに接続されると共に確立された規格の関連部に従って外部装置と通信するように配置される測定システムにおいて、
前記送受信部と前記通信部との間に配置される物理光通信リンクを更に備え、
前記通信信号は、前記光通信リンクによって転送される光信号であり、
前記送受信部は、前記状態センサと、前記送受信部と、前記光通信リンクの遠位部とに電圧を印加するように構成されたエネルギー手段を備え、
前記送受信部は、前記センサワイヤから受信した信号をフィルタリングし、処理し、形式を合わせるように構成されるセンサ信号適合回路を備え、
前記センサ信号適合回路は、プログラマブルセンサ調節手段と、較正手段と、エネルギー手段と、出力増幅手段とを備えることを特徴とする測定システム。 - 前記光通信リンクは、前記送受信部からの電気信号を光信号にまたはその逆に変換するために前記送受信部への通信および前記送受信部からの通信を取り扱う前記送受信部に電気的に接続される第1の通信手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記光通信リンクは、光信号を電気信号にまたはその逆に変換するために前記通信部への通信および前記通信部からの通信を取り扱う前記通信部に電気的に接続される第2の通信手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の測定システム。
- 前記送受信部内の前記エネルギー手段は、前記光通信リンクの前記第1の通信手段に電圧を印加するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の測定システム。
- 前記光通信リンクの前記第2の通信手段には、前記通信部から電圧が印加されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の測定システム。
- 前記データのストリームは、データパケットの形態であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記送受信部と、前記通信部とには、前記光通信リンクを介した双方向通信を行う手段が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記通信信号は、赤外線信号であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記光通信リンクは、発光ダイオードと、一体型高ゲイン光検知器とを備える光カプラであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記送受信部は、起動手段によって起動され開始されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記起動手段は、前記送受信部に配置される起動ボタンであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の測定システム。
- 前記起動手段は、前記送受信部および前記センサワイヤの近位端の雌コネクタおよび雄コネクタの対応する電気接触面間にそれぞれ電気的接続が確立された際、前記送受信部を起動すると共に開始させることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の測定システム。
- 前記送受信部は、前記センサワイヤの雄コネクタの導電面と接触する所定数の空洞接触面を含む絶縁空洞筐体を備える雌コネクタを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記雌コネクタの遠位端に、前記雌コネクタ内に前記雄コネクタを固定するための固定手段が設けられることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の測定システム。
- 前記送受信部には、患者体内に挿入する間、前記センサワイヤを誘導する誘導手段が設けられることを特徴とする請求項13または14に記載の測定システム。
- 前記プログラマブルセンサ調節手段は、PGA309プログラマブルアナログセンサ調節器であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記エネルギー手段は、バッテリー手段またはキャパシタ手段であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記通信部は、「未加工(raw)」の計測されたデータの形態のセンサ値を受信し、所定の規格形式に従って前記外部装置に供給される前記計測されたデータを処理し調節するために前記データを処理・調節手段に与えるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記状態センサは、圧力センサであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記圧力センサは、ピエゾ抵抗センサ、ピエゾ容量センサ、圧電センサ、または光センサであることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の測定システム。
- 前記センサは、温度センサであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記センサは、血流センサであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定システム。
