上記の実施形態のいずれかに代えて又はそれに加えて、ハウジングの一部は非磁性材料を含み、管状の形態を有し、透磁材料はハウジングの一部に埋め込まれた成形された細片を含み得る。上記の実施形態のいずれかに代えて又はそれに加えて、受電コイルはハウジングの一部にプリントされてもよい。
本開示の別の例では、植込み型医療装置(IMD)は、患者内に植え込まれるように構成されており、経カテーテル配置用に構成された、10を超える比透磁率(μr)を有する透磁材料を含む管状形状のハウジング部を有するハウジングを含み得る。受電コイルは、管状ハウジング部の少なくとも一部の周りに配置されてもよく、管状ハウジング部の透磁材料は、受電コイルを通して非放射型近傍界エネルギを集中させるための磁束集中器として動作するように構成されてもよい。動作回路をハウジング内に配置してもよい。充電式電源がハウジング内に配置されてもよく、動作回路に電力を供給するように構成されてもよい。充電回路が受電コイル及び充電式電源に動作可能に結合されてもよく、受電コイルを介して受け取られた非放射型近傍界エネルギを用いて充電式電源を充電するように構成されてもよい。
本開示の別の例では、植込み型医療装置(IMD)は、患者の体内に植え込まれるように構成されており、経カテーテル配置用に構成された、10を超える比透磁率(μr)を有する透磁材料を含むハウジングを含み得る。ハウジングの透磁材料の少なくとも一部の周りにコイルを配置することができ、透磁材料は、コイルを通して非放射型近傍界エネルギを集中させるための磁束集中器として動作するように構成されてもよい。通信回路をハウジング内に配置してもよく、コイルに動作可能に結合させて、通信信号をコイルに送ることによりコイルを介して外部レシーバにメッセージを送信することができる。充電式電源がハウジング内に配置され、通信回路に電力を供給するように構成されてもよい。充電回路がコイル及び充電式電源に動作可能に結合されてもよく、外部電源によって伝送されコイルを介して受け取られた非放射型近傍界エネルギを用いて充電式電源を充電するように構成されてもよい。

Claims (15)
- 患者内に植え込まれるように構成された植込み型医療装置(IMD)であって、
経カテーテル配置用に構成された外側ハウジングであって、少なくとも一部分が10を超える比透磁率(μr)の透磁材料を含む外側ハウジング、
外側ハウジングの外部に露出された複数の電極、
外側ハウジング内に配置及び収容され、複数の電極に動作可能に結合され、複数の電極のうちの1つ以上を介して1つ以上の信号を検知し、かつ/又は複数の電極のうちの1つ以上を介して組織を刺激するように構成された治療回路、
外側ハウジング内に配置及び収容され、治療回路に電力を供給するように構成された充電式電源、
透磁材料を含む外側ハウジングの前記一部分の周りに延在するように、外側ハウジングの外側に配置された受電コイルであって、外側ハウジングの透磁材料は、受電コイルを通して非放射型近傍界エネルギを集中させるための磁束集中器として動作するように構成された受電コイル、及び
外側ハウジング内に配置及び収容され、受電コイル及び充電式電源と動作可能に結合され、受電コイルを介して受け取った非放射型近傍界エネルギを用いて充電式電源を充電するように構成された充電回路
を含むIMD。 - 外側ハウジングの外側から外側ハウジングの内側まで延在し、受電コイルと充電回路とを電気的に接続するための1つ以上のフィードスルーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のIMD。
- 外側ハウジングの外側から外側ハウジングの内側まで延在し、複数の電極のうちの1つ又は複数を治療回路に電気的に接続するための1つ以上のフィードスルーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のIMD。
- 受電コイルを覆う保護層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のIMD。
- 保護層は受電コイルを覆う気密シールを提供する、請求項4に記載のIMD。
- 透磁材料は、1E−4オーム−1cm−1未満のコンダクタンス(σ)を有する、請求項1に記載のIMD。

- 患者内に植え込まれるように構成された植込み型医療装置(IMD)であって、
経カテーテル配置用に構成された外側ハウジングであって、10を超える比透磁率(μr)を有する透磁材料を含む一部分を有する外側ハウジング、
外側ハウジングの少なくとも一部分の周りに延在するように、外側ハウジングの外側に配置された受電コイルであって、外側ハウジングの透磁材料は、受電コイルを通して非放射型近傍界エネルギを集中させるための磁束集中器として動作するように構成された受電コイル、
外側ハウジング内に配置された動作回路、
外側ハウジング内に配置され、動作回路に電力を供給するように構成された充電式電源、及び
受電コイル及び充電式電源に動作可能に結合され、受電コイルを介して受け取られた非放射型近傍界エネルギを用いて充電式電源を充電するように構成された充電回路
を含むIMD。 - 外側ハウジングの外側から外側ハウジングの内側まで延在し、受電コイルと充電回路とを接続するための1つ以上のフィードスルーをさらに含む、請求項13に記載のIMD。
- 受電コイルは保護層によって気密封止されている、請求項13に記載のIMD。
