Description
置用のヘッド・サスペンションの製造などに供されるに粘性液体供給ノズルへの潤滑性メッキ層の形成方法及び粘性液体供給ノズルに関する。
図1は、粘性液体供給ノズルの支持状態を示す断面図、図2は、潤滑性メッキ層を示す要部拡大断面図である。
[潤滑性メッキ層の形成方法]
図1のように、ノズル本体3を差し込む支持孔13を複数備えたジグ15を用い、各支持孔13にノズル本体3の複数をそれぞれ差し込み、広口部5の複数を上方に向けて支持する。なお、図1では、説明を簡単にするため、単一の粘性液体供給ノズル1を示す。
本発明の粘性液体供給ノズル1への潤滑性メッキ層の形成方法は、先端が吐出口7である細く長い孔9を備えたノズル本体3と、このノズル本体3の基端に備えられた広口部5とを備え、粘性液体供給装置に用いられて吐出口7から接着剤を吐出させる粘性液体供給ノズル1への潤滑性メッキ層11の形成方法であって、粘性液体供給ノズル1を、潤滑性メッキ液を収容したメッキ槽内に浸して、望ましくは広口部5に潤滑性メッキ液を収容し、広口部5から潤滑性メッキ液を加圧又は重力によりノズル本体3の細く長い孔9に流通させて吐出口7から吐出させ、無電解メッキを行により少なくとも吐出口7内外に潤滑性メッキ層11を形成した。

Claims (5)
- 先端が吐出口である細く長い孔を備えたノズル本体を備え、粘性液体供給装置に用いられて前記吐出口から粘性液体を吐出させる粘性液体供給ノズルを、潤滑性メッキ液を収容したメッキ槽内に浸し、少なくとも前記吐出口内外に無電解メッキによる潤滑性メッキ層を形成する粘性液体供給ノズルへの潤滑性メッキ層の形成方法であって、
前記ノズル本体の基端に広口部を備え、前記粘性液体供給装置に用いられて前記吐出口から粘性液体を吐出させる粘性液体供給ノズルを、潤滑性メッキ液を収容したメッキ槽内に浸して前記広口部に前記潤滑性メッキ液を収容し、
前記広口部から前記潤滑性メッキ液を加圧又は重力により前記ノズル本体の細く長い孔に流通させて前記吐出口から吐出させ少なくとも前記吐出口内外に潤滑性メッキ層を形成した、
ことを特徴とする粘性液体供給ノズルへの潤滑性メッキ層の形成方法。 - 請求項1記載の粘性液体供給ノズルへの潤滑性メッキ層の形成方法であって、
前記ノズル本体を差し込む支持孔を複数備えたジグを用い、前記各支持孔に前記ノズル本体の複数をそれぞれ差し込み前記広口部の複数を上方に向けて支持し、
前記ジグを前記メッキ層内で上下させて前記加圧を行う、
ことを特徴とする粘性液体供給ノズルへの潤滑性メッキ層の形成方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の粘性液体供給ノズルへの潤滑性メッキ層の形成方法であって、
前記ノズル本体の長さは、前記孔の内径の3倍以上でありノズルとしての剛性を維持できる範囲内である、
ことを特徴とする粘性液体供給ノズルへの潤滑性メッキ層の形成方法。 - 請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の粘性液体供給ノズルへの潤滑性メッキ層の形成方法であって、
前記潤滑性メッキ液は、フッ素含有潤滑めっき、又はPTFE複合無電解Niメッキ、又はカニフロン(登録商標)メッキである、
ことを特徴とする粘性液体供給ノズルへの潤滑性メッキ層の形成方法。 - 請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の粘性液体供給ノズルへの潤滑性メッキ層の形成方法により潤滑性メッキ層を形成した粘性液体供給ノズルであって、
先端が吐出口である細く長い孔を備えたノズル本体と、
このノズル本体の基端に形成されて潤滑性メッキ液を加圧又は重力により前記ノズル本体の細く長い孔に流通させるための広口部とを備え、
前記広口部から前記潤滑性メッキ液を加圧又は重力により前記ノズル本体の細く長い孔に流通させて前記吐出口から吐出させ少なくとも前記吐出口内外に潤滑性メッキ層を形成した、
ことを特徴とする粘性液体供給ノズル。
