Claims (10)
- エンジン排気ガスを処理する装置であって、
エンジンから排気口へ排気ガスを導くための排気管と、
前記排気管内に結合された、排気ガスを受け取る粒子フィルタと、
前記排気管内で前記粒子フィルタの上流側に接続された熱源と、
前記粒子フィルタから出る排気ガスを受け取るように接続されると共に、前記排気管の前記熱源及び前記粒子フィルタよりも上流に位置する部分と熱交換を行うよう設置された熱交換器とを備え、
前記熱交換器が、前記粒子フィルタと、前記熱源と、前記排気管の前記熱源及び前記粒子フィルタよりも上流側に位置する部分とを包囲するパイプであって、
前記粒子フィルタから出る排気ガスを受け取り、受け取った排気ガスから前記粒子フィルタ、前記熱源の外面を介して熱交換が行われるとともに、前記熱源と前記粒子フィルタよりも上流側の前記排気管の部分の外面を介して熱交換が行われるように、排気ガスを案内して流すためのパイプを有する、前記排気管の延長部分である、装置。 - 前記排気管が、前記パイプから出る排気ガスを排気口へ案内するためのパイプ下流部分を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記排気管内で前記熱交換器の第2排気口の下流側に接続された窒素酸化物還元用の触媒装置を更に備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記窒素酸化物還元用の触媒装置の上流側で前記排気管に取り付けられた、排気ガスに還元剤を噴射するための噴射器を更に備える、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記窒素酸化物還元用の触媒装置の下流側で前記排気管に取り付けられたアンモニアセンサを更に備えており、
該アンモニアセンサは、前記噴射器用の制御装置に接続されて、排気ガス中のアンモニア量に対応する信号を発生する、請求項4に記載の装置。 - 窒素酸化物を還元するために、前記排気管内で前記触媒装置の下流側に接続されたスリップ触媒装置を更に備える、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記触媒装置が選択触媒還元装置である、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記熱源がディーゼル酸化触媒装置である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記熱源が、燃料源に接続されたバーナー装置である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記熱源が電気加熱装置である、請求項1に記載の装置。
