Claims (31)
- 基礎支持構造体と;
所望の機能又は特徴を達成するように、前記基礎支持構造体上に直接又は間接に設けられた少なくとも1つの連続的なコーティング又は層と;
を有する工業的な布又はベルトであって、
前記コーティング又は層は、非熱的なスプレープロセスによってコーティング又は層を適用した場合に比較して、布又はベルトの機械的性質及び物理的特性が強化されるように、溶射法により適用され、及び、前記コーティング又は層は、熱可塑性樹脂及び/又は熱硬化性樹脂を備え、
前記基礎構造体を構成する個々のヤーンに対して、前記溶射法によってコーティング又は層が直接適用されていることを特徴とする工業的な布又はベルト。 - 前記溶射法は、フレーム溶射法、電気ワイヤーアーク溶射法、プラズマ溶射法、爆発ガン堆積法、又は高速度酸素燃料噴霧燃焼法であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布又はベルト。
- 前記コーティング又は層は、集積していないナノメートルの寸法の、機能性を有する有機、無機若しくは金属粒子又はこれらの組み合わせをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布又はベルト。
- 前記粒子は、前記コーティング又は層の全体に均一に分散されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の布又はベルト。
- 前記コーティング又は層は、油に対して、不透過であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布又はベルト。
- 前記コーティング又は層は、0.1〜10mmの範囲の厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布又はベルト。
- 前記コーティング又は層は、0.2〜0.4mmの範囲の厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の布又はベルト。
- 前記粒子は、シリカを基礎とした粒子、アルミナ、チタニア、ジルコニア、クレイ若しくは金属の単独又はこれらの組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする請求項3又は4のいずれか1項に記載の布又はベルト。
- 前記粒子は、7nmの粒子径を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の布又はベルト。
- 前記基礎支持構造体の第1側に適用されたコーティング又は層、前記基礎支持構造体の第2側に適用されたコーティング又は層、又は前記の両方の側に適用されたコーティング又は層をさらに有し、
該コーティング又は層は、非熱的なスプレー法若しくは溶射法又はこれらの組み合わせにより適用されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布又はベルト。 - 前記コーティング又は層のひとつは、非熱的なスプレー法又は溶射法により適用されたボンドコート層であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の布又はベルト。
- 前記コーティング又は層は、熱可塑性材料及び/又は熱硬化性材料を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の布又はベルト。
- 前記基礎支持構造体は、ヤーンを有し、
該ヤーンは、該ヤーン上に鞘を形成するように、該ヤーンに適用されたコーティング又は層を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布又はベルト。 - 前記コーティング又は層は、連続的なコーティング又は層を形成する、有機粒子、無機粒子若しくは金属粒子又はこれらの組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の布又はベルト。
- 前記コーティング又は層は、下記の機能特徴:
摩耗耐性;
熱耐性;
酸化耐性;
化学耐性;
水分バリア;
熱伝導性;
導電性;
疎水性と親水性とのバランス;
特定の工程に所望の摩耗係数を促進若しくは低減すること;又は
当該布上に微細なトポロジーを作成すること;
のひとつ以上を付与することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布又はベルト。 - 基礎支持構造体を設けるステップと;
特定の機能又は特徴を達成するように、溶射法により、前記基礎支持構造体上に直接又は間接に少なくともひとつの連続的なコーティング又は層を適用するステップと;
を有し、
前記コーティング又は層は、熱可塑性樹脂及び/又は熱硬化性樹脂と、ナノメートルの寸法の機能性を有する有機、無機若しくは金属粒子とを有し、前記粒子は、前記コーティング又は層の全体に均一に分散されており、
前記基礎構造体を構成する個々のヤーンに対して、前記溶射法によってコーティング又は層が直接適用されていることを特徴とする工業的な布又はベルトの形成方法。 - 前記溶射法は、フレーム溶射法、電気ワイヤーアーク溶射法、プラズマ溶射法、爆発ガン堆積法、又は高速度酸素燃料噴霧燃焼法であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング又は層は、油に対して、不透過であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング又は層は、0.1〜10mmの範囲の厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング又は層は、0.2〜0.4mmの範囲の厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子は、シリカを基礎とした粒子、アルミナ、チタニア、ジルコニア、クレイ若しくは金属の単独又はこれらの組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子は、7nmの粒子径を有することを特徴とする請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記基礎支持構造体の第1側に適用されたコーティング又は層、前記基礎支持構造体の第2側に適用されたコーティング又は層、又は前記の両方の側に適用されたコーティング又は層をさらに有し、
該コーティング又は層は、非熱的なスプレー法若しくは溶射法又はこれらの組み合わせにより適用されたことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記コーティング又は層のひとつは、非熱的なスプレー法又は溶射法により適用されたボンドコート層であることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング又は層は、熱可塑性材料及び/又は熱硬化性材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
- コーティング又は層を適用する前に、該コーティング又は層の材料を、前記粒子と攪拌するステップをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング又は層は、前記基礎支持構造体を構成するヤーン上に鞘を形成することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング又は層は、連続的なコーティング又は層を形成する、ナノメートルの寸法の有機粒子、無機粒子若しくは金属粒子又はこれらの組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする請求項27に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング又は層は、下記の機能特徴:
摩耗耐性;
熱耐性;
酸化耐性;
化学耐性;
水分バリア;
熱伝導性;
導電性;
疎水性と親水性とのバランス;
特定の工程に所望の摩耗係数を促進若しくは低減すること;又は
当該布上に微細なトポロジーを作成すること;
のひとつ以上を付与することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。 - 基礎支持構造体と;
所望の機能又は特徴を達成するように、前記基礎支持構造体上に直接又は間接に設けられた少なくとも1つのコーティング又は層と;
を有する工業的な布又はベルトであって、
前記コーティング又は層は、溶射法により適用され、及び、前記コーティング又は層は、熱可塑性樹脂及び/又は熱硬化性樹脂を備え、
前記コーティング又は層は、連続的となることが可能なコーティング又は層を形成するナノメートルの寸法の、機能性を有する有機、無機若しくは金属粒子又はこれらの組み合わせをさらに含み、
前記基礎構造体を構成する個々のヤーンに対して、前記溶射法によってコーティング又は層が直接適用されていることを特徴とする工業的な布又はベルト。 - 基礎支持構造体と;
所望の機能又は特徴を達成するように、前記基礎支持構造体上に直接又は間接に設けられた少なくとも1つの連続的なコーティング又は層と;
を有する工業的な布又はベルトであって、
前記コーティング又は層は、溶射法により適用され、及び、前記コーティング又は層は、熱可塑性樹脂及び/又は熱硬化性樹脂を備え、
前記コーティング又は層は、機能性を有する有機、無機若しくは金属粒子又はこれらの組み合わせをさらに含み、該粒子は集積しておらずナノメートルの寸法の粒子を含み、
前記粒子は、前記コーティング又は層の全体に均一に分散されており、連続的なコーティング又は層を形成し、
前記基礎構造体を構成する個々のヤーンに対して、前記溶射法によってコーティング又は層が直接適用されていることを特徴とする工業的な布又はベルト。
