ここで、pは前記溶接鋼管の軸方向のうねり波長であり、λは以下の式(2)で定義されるティモシェンコ(Timoschenko)の座屈波長である。

ここで、rは前記溶接鋼管の内半径であり、tは前記溶接鋼管の肉厚である。

ここで、r(mm)は溶接鋼管の内半径である。tは溶接鋼管の肉厚(mm)である。
D=p/λ (1)
溶接鋼管の製造方法は、溶接素管を準備する工程と、溶接素管を拡管して溶接鋼管を製造する工程とを備える。溶接素管を準備する工程を「準備工程」といい、溶接素管を拡管して溶接鋼管を製造する工程を「拡管工程」という。各工程について詳述する。
初めに、図1に示す溶接素管12を準備する。本実施の形態では、溶接素管12はたとえば、UOE鋼管である。
拡管機を利用して溶接素管12の全長を拡管する。図2は拡管機100の側面図である。拡管機100は、本体110と、アキシャルインフィード105とを備える。本体110は、主シリンダ101と、シャフト状のホーン102と、拡管ヘッド103とを備える。本体110は溶接素管12の一端12A側に配置される。アキシャルインフィード105は、溶接素管12の他端12B側に配置される。

うねり波長比D=p/λ (1)
限界曲げひずみ比=うねり波長pにおける限界曲げひずみ/うねり波長p=1.0λの場合における限界曲げひずみ (3)
上述のFEA(有限要素法)を実施した。具体的には、表1に示すとおり、マーク1及びマーク2のFEAモデルを準備した。マーク1のFEAモデルの溶接鋼管の肉厚は18mmであった。マーク2のFEAモデルの溶接鋼管の肉厚は30mmであった。マーク1及びマーク2のFEAモデルの強度グレード及び外径は、上述の肉厚24mmのFEAモデルと同じであった。以下、肉厚24mmのFEAモデルをマーク3と称する。
図9はマーク1のうねり波長比Dと限界曲げひずみとの関係を示す図である。図10は、マーク2のうねり波長比Dと限界曲げひずみとの関係を示す図である。
Claims (1)
- 溶接素管を準備する工程と、
拡管ヘッドを用いて、式(1)で定義されるうねり波長比Dが0.8以下となるように、前記溶接素管の全長を拡管して溶接鋼管にする工程とを備え、
前記溶接素管の全長を拡管する工程は、
前記うねり波長比Dが0.8以下となるように前記拡管ヘッドの前記溶接素管に対する相対的な移動ピッチを設定する工程と、
設定された前記移動ピッチで前記溶接素管の全長を拡管する工程とを含み、
前記移動ピッチを設定する工程では、前記うねり波長比Dが0.8以下になるときの前記溶接鋼管の軸方向のうねり波長に対応させて、前記移動ピッチを設定する、溶接鋼管の製造方法。
D=p/λ (1)
ここで、pは前記溶接鋼管の軸方向のうねり波長であり、λは以下の式(2)で定義されるティモシェンコの座屈波長である。
