Description
以上のように本実施形態によれば、0.2%耐力が40N/mm 2 以上の銅合金で形成するようにしたので、谷底肉厚tを薄くすることができ、また、フィン幅bとフィンの数量Nと谷底肉厚tとが10<bN/t<20の関係となるように構成したので、管内面積を適切に確保し且つ重量増加および圧力損失増加を招かない範囲で、フィン(3)の潰れを確実に抑制することができる。その結果、伝熱性能の高い伝熱管(1)、ひいては蒸発器や放熱器等の熱交換器を提供することができる。

Claims (2)
- 内面に複数の溝および該溝に隣接する複数の突条が形成された熱交換器用溝付き管であって、
0.2%耐力が40N/mm 2 以上の銅合金からなる一方、
拡管による上記突条の潰れを抑制するように、上記突条の基端幅bと、上記突条の数量Nと、上記溝の底肉厚tとが10<bN/t<20の関係となっている
ことを特徴とする熱交換器用溝付き管。 - 請求項1において、
冷媒として二酸化炭素が循環し、高圧が二酸化炭素の臨界圧力以上となるように蒸気圧縮式冷凍サイクルを行う冷凍回路に用いられる
ことを特徴とする熱交換器用溝付き管。
