また、燃料タンクの上壁部に部分的に変形部位が設けられており、燃料タンクの上方側に変形部位の変形領域を確保する必要がない。このため、例えば、燃料タンクの上方側に配置されるボデー本体と変形部位との間隔を小さくすることができる。

空気の分圧Paは、数1に示す気体の状態方程式で表される。ここで、Vは気体が占める体積、nは気体の物質量(モル数)、Rは気体定数、Tは気体の熱力学温度である。また、蒸発燃料の分圧Pgは、飽和蒸気圧となっている。

Claims (3)
- エンジンに供給される燃料を収容可能な燃料タンクと、
前記燃料タンク内の上部の気体層を外気と連通させる配管と、
前記燃料タンクの上壁部に部分的に設けられると共に、平面視にて前記燃料タンク内の中央部に設けられた燃料ポンプの周囲に設けられ、前記燃料タンクの内側に凹むように変形可能な変形部位と、
前記変形部位を前記燃料タンクの内側に凹ませるように変形させる変形手段と、
前記配管に設けられ、前記配管を開放して前記気体層を外気と連通させ、前記配管を閉塞して前記燃料タンクを密閉させる弁と、
前記気体層が外気と連通した後に、前記弁を開弁した状態で前記変形手段を作動させ、前記変形部位を前記燃料タンクの内側に凹ませた状態で前記弁を閉弁する制御手段と、
を有し、
前記変形手段が、前記気体層を吸引して前記燃料タンク内を減圧させる負圧ポンプであり、給油後のリッドを閉止した直後に前記負圧ポンプを駆動するように設定され、
前記変形部位を前記燃料タンクの内側に凹ませた状態で、前記燃料タンク内の圧力が所定値以上に上昇すると、当該圧力の上昇に応じて前記変形部位が前記上壁部の延長線上の元の位置まで戻るように構成されている燃料タンクシステム。 - 前記燃料タンク内の圧力を検出する圧力センサを備え、
前記制御手段は、前記圧力センサで検出された圧力が規定値より高いときに、前記変形手段を作動させる請求項1に記載の燃料タンクシステム。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記圧力センサで検出された圧力が規定値以下となると、前記弁を閉弁し、前記弁を閉弁した後に前記変形手段の作動を停止させる請求項6に記載の燃料タンクシステム。
