Claims (3)
- セメントキルンのキルン中間から、該セメントキルンに付設されているプレヒータの最下段サイクロンまでの区間から固定炭素を含む物質を供給し、
該セメントキルンの窯尻から前記最下段サイクロンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路より燃焼ガスの一部を抽気し、
該燃焼ガスに含まれるダストを集塵し、
該集塵したダストから重金属類を分離するにあたって、
単位時間当たり前記区間から投入する固定炭素を含む物質中の固定炭素量をαとし、単位時間当たり前記セメントキルン内に持ち込まれる重金属類量をβとした場合に、α/βを15以上30以下とすることを特徴とするセメント製造方法。 - 前記固定炭素を含む物質を造粒により粒度調整し、該粒度調整後の固定炭素を含む物質の粒径を5mm以上50mm以下とし、該造粒工程において、造粒前のドライベースの原料粉に対して15質量%以上50質量%以下の水分となるように水を添加した後、前記区間から投入することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセメント製造方法。
- 前記固定炭素を含む物質を、コークス、石炭、無煙炭、瀝青炭、褐炭、黒鉛、木炭、ミックスコークス、ファインコークス、活性コークス、電極くず、廃トナー、重油灰及びフライアッシュに含まれる未燃カーボンの各々0.1μm以上1mm以下の微粉、並びに難燃性プラスチック、フェノール樹脂、フラン樹脂、熱硬化性樹脂及びセルロースの各々炭化物の0.1μm以上1mm以下の微粉からなる群より選択される1又は2以上とすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のセメント製造方法。
