Description
しかしながら、鱗片状黒鉛は、樹脂組成物への溶融混練時において、破砕しやすく、溶融混練時に破砕されることで、鱗片状ではなく、微粉末となり、鱗片状黒鉛本来の電磁波抑制性を得ることができない。
一方、金属単独で極薄のフィルム状物を得ることは困難であり、ある程度の厚みのある金属片しか作製し得ず、この結果、成形品の重量増加の問題がある。
即ち、硬化性樹脂は、未硬化の前駆体液を適当な基材上に成膜した後硬化させることにより極薄のフィルムとすることができ、この硬化性樹脂フィルム上に、常法に従って、金属等の導電性材料の被膜を形成した上に、導電性材料の被膜が形成された硬化性樹脂フィルムを微細化することにより、極薄の硬化性樹脂フィルム上に導電性材料の薄膜が形成された導電性コート樹脂片を得ることができる。この導電性コート樹脂片は、熱可塑性樹脂への溶融混練時においても破砕することはなく、その薄板状形状を十分に維持することができるため、所期の電磁波抑制性を得ることができ、また、極薄の硬化性樹脂フィルム上に導電性材料の薄膜が形成されたものであるため、軽量で、成形品の重量増加を抑制することができる。
本発明の電磁波抑制用樹脂組成物に用いられる(A)熱可塑性樹脂としては、成形品の要求性能に応じて適宜選択すれば良く、例えば、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂等のポリオレフィン系樹脂;ポリアミド6、ポリアミド66、ポリアミドMXD6等のポリアミド系樹脂;ポリオキシメチレン(ポリアセタール)樹脂;ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)樹脂、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)樹脂等のポリエステル系樹脂;ポリフェニレンサルファイド樹脂、スチレン系樹脂、メタクリル樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂、ポリフェニレンエーテル(PPE)樹脂等が挙げられる。これらは1種を単独で用いても良く、2種以上のアロイとしても使用することもできる。中でも、本発明の電磁波抑制用樹脂組成物には、機械的強度、耐熱性、難燃化の容易さの点で(a1)ポリエステル系樹脂や、ポリカーボネート樹脂、特に(a2)芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂を含むことが好ましい。
なお、(A)熱可塑性樹脂として(a1)ポリエステル系樹脂と(a2)芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂とを混合して用いてもよく、その場合、(a1)ポリエステル系樹脂と(a2)芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂との混合割合には特に制限はなく、幅広い配合比を採用することができるが、通常、(a1)ポリエステル系樹脂50〜1質量部と(a2)芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂50〜99質量部とを合計で100質量部となるように用いることが、耐薬品性の面で好ましい。
本発明においては、電磁波抑制性付与のための導電材として(B)導電性材料よりなる被膜が形成された硬化性樹脂片を用いる。
これらの硬化性樹脂は、1種を単独で用いても良く、2種以上を混合して用いても良い。
このため、導電性材料の被膜の厚さは0.01〜1μm、特に0.05〜0.5μm程度であることが好ましい。
本発明の電磁波抑制用樹脂組成物には、難燃性付与のために(C)リン系難燃剤を配合しても良い。(C)リン系難燃剤は、分子中にリンを含む化合物であれば特に制限されないが、耐熱性の点から下記の一般式(1)で表されるリン酸エステル系化合物が好ましい。
本発明の電磁波抑制用樹脂組成物には、難燃性を更に向上させるために、滴下防止剤として(D)ポリフルオロエチレンを配合しても良い。(D)ポリフルオロエチレンとしては、フィブリル形成能を有するもので、熱可塑性樹脂中に容易に分散し、且つ熱可塑性樹脂同士を結合して繊維状材料を作る傾向を示すものが好ましい。
このような被覆ポリフルオロエチレンを配合することにより、良好な難燃性を維持しつつ、成形品表面の白色異物の発生を抑制することができる。被覆ポリフルオロエチレン中のポリフルオロエチレンの含有比率が40質量%未満であると、難燃性が低下する場合があり、一方、95質量%を超えると、白点異物が多くなる場合がある。
本発明の樹脂組成物には、成形時の金型離型性を良好なものとするために離型剤を配合することができる。
本発明の電磁波抑制用樹脂組成物には、必要に応じて本発明の目的を損なわない範囲で、リン系安定剤、フェノール系安定剤、紫外線吸収剤、染顔料、帯電防止剤、防曇剤、滑剤・アンチブロッキング剤、流動性改良剤、相溶化剤、可塑剤、分散剤、防菌剤等の樹脂用添加剤、耐衝撃性改良剤、無機フィラーなどを配合することができる。
本発明の電磁波抑制用樹脂組成物の製造方法は、特に制限されるものではなく、例えば、
(1)(A)熱可塑性樹脂、(B)導電性コート樹脂片、及び必要により配合される(C)リン系難燃剤、その他の成分を一括して溶融混練する方法
(2)液状の(C)リン系難燃剤を用いる場合において、予め(C)リン系難燃剤以外の成分を溶融混練した後に、別途50〜120℃で加温しておいた液状の(C)リン系難燃剤を添加して、溶融混練する方法
などが挙げられる。
本発明の電磁波抑制用樹脂組成物は、各種製品(成形品)の製造(成形)用樹脂材料として使用される。その成形方法は、熱可塑性樹脂材料から成形品を成形する従来から知られている方法が適用できる。具体的には、一般的な射出成形法、超高速射出成形法、射出圧縮成形法、二色成形法、ガスアシストなどの中空成形法、断熱金型を用いた成形法、急速加熱金型を用いた成形法、発泡成形(超臨界流体も含む法)、インサート成形法、インモールドコーティング(IMC)成形法、押出成形法、フィルム成形法、シート成形法、熱成形法、回転成形法、積層成形法、プレス成形法などが挙げられるが、特に、射出成形法が好ましい。
本発明の電磁波抑制用樹脂成形品は、本発明の電磁波抑制用樹脂組成物を射出成形してなるものであり、電気・電子・OA機器部品、機械部品、車輌用部品、携帯電話などの筐体や内部部品、とりわけ電子機器の筐体や内部部品として好適である。
芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂:ポリ−4,4−イソプロピリデンジフェニルカーボネート(三菱エンジニアリングプラスチックス(株)製、商品名:ユーピロン(登録商標)S−3000、粘度平均分子量:21,000)
ポリエチレンテレフタレート:三菱化学(株)製、商品名:ノバペックス(登録商標)GG500、極限粘度0.76dl/g
ポリブチレンテレフタレート:三菱エンジニアリングプラスチックス(株)製、商品名:ノバデュラン(登録商標)5020、極限粘度1.20dl/g
以下のようにして導電性コート樹脂片を製造した。
まず、紫外線硬化性樹脂の前駆体液として下記配合の液を調製し、これをガラスプレート上に流延することにより成膜し、その後、3000Jの紫外線を照射することにより、厚み50μm、幅50mm、長さ200mmの硬化性樹脂フィルムを形成した。
日本ユピカ社製不飽和ポリエステル樹脂「(商品名)ユピカ8977」:100
長瀬産業社製光重合開始剤「商品名:イルガキュア184」 :4
溶剤(メチルメタアクリレート) :4
真空度(到達真空度):2.0×10−3Pa
成膜速度:10Å/sec
成膜温度:120℃前後
基板加熱温度:100℃
平均粒子径10μmの銅粉
熱可塑性樹脂(芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート)と、導電性コート樹脂片又は銅粉を、表1に示す組成となるようにブレンドし、タンブラーにて均一に分散させた後、単軸押出機(田辺プラスチックス機械製単軸押出機:VS48−28型押出機)にてシリンダ温度300℃にて溶融させ、スクリュウ回転数80rpmにて混練し、ペレタイザーにて3mmの長さに切断して樹脂組成物のペレットを得た。
(1) 密度
上記で得られたペレットを120℃で5時間乾燥した後、住友重機械社製のSG−75MIII型射出成形機を用いて、シリンダー温度290℃、金型温度80℃の条件で、ISOに準拠したISO試験片を成形した。
このISO試験片を用いて、ISO1183に準拠して密度を測定した。
上記で得られた樹脂組成物のペレットを射出成形機(住友重機械工業製「SH100」、型締め力100T)を用いて、シリンダー温度310℃、金型温度120℃にて、金型(縦100mm、横100mm、厚み1mm)に射出成形し、得られた射出成形品3枚に対して、近磁界用ノイズ抑制シート評価システム・イントラ・デカップリングレシオ測定システム(IEC規格No:IEC62333−2)により、4GHzの周波数における磁界波のRda値を測定し、その平均値を算出した。この値は、製品から発生する周波数やその強さにも依存するため一概に決められる値ではないが、0.1dB以上であることが好ましい。
上記評価結果を表1に示す。
これに対して、導電性コート樹脂片の代りに銅粉を用いた比較例1では、重量が重く、また電磁波抑制性も十分でない。
Claims (4)
- (A)熱可塑性樹脂と(B)導電性材料よりなる被膜が形成された硬化性樹脂片(以下「導電性コート樹脂片」と称す。)とを含む電磁波抑制用樹脂組成物であって、
(A)熱可塑性樹脂が、(a1)ポリエステル系樹脂及び/又は(a2)芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂を含み、
(B)導電性コート樹脂片が、導電性材料の被膜を形成した硬化性樹脂フィルムを平均粒子径0.1〜10mmに微細化したものであり、
該電磁波抑制用樹脂組成物のペレットを射出成形して得られた厚み1mmの射出成形品3枚に対して測定した、4GHzの周波数における磁界波のRda値の平均値が0.1dB以上である電磁波抑制用樹脂組成物を射出成形してなることを特徴とする電磁波抑制用樹脂成形品。 - 前記導電性材料が、銅、ニッケル、アルミニウム、亜鉛、チタン、銀、及び金よりなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁波抑制用樹脂成形品。
- 前記硬化性樹脂のガラス転移温度が140℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電磁波抑制用樹脂成形品。
- 前記電磁波抑制用樹脂組成物の(B)導電性コート樹脂片の含有量が1質量%以上80質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の電磁波抑制用樹脂成形品。
