Description
Claims (6)
- 光ファイバーを終端処理するためのLC形光コネクタであって、
LCレセプタクルと嵌合するように構成されるハウジングであって、LC形及び前面を有するシェルと、該シェルの表面上に配置され、前記LCレセプタクルと係合するように構成される第1の弾力性ラッチであって、前記前面から離れて延在する前記第1の弾力性ラッチと、バックボーンであって、その第1の部分上で前記シェルの外側表面と係合するように構成され、その第2の部分上に配置される実装構造を有する、バックボーンとを含む、ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記外側シェルと前記バックボーンとの間に保持される、鍔体であって、該鍔体は、該鍔体の第1の部分に配置されるファイバースタブを含み、該ファイバースタブは、フェルールに実装され、該フェルールの端面に近接した第1の末端部及び第2の末端部を有する第1の光ファイバーを含み、前記鍔体は、該鍔体の第2の部分に配置される機械的スプライスを更に含み、該機械的スプライスは、前記ファイバースタブの前記第2の末端部を第2の光ファイバーに接続するように構成される、鍔体と、 前記バックボーンの外側表面に連結される、トリガーであって、該トリガーは、前記前面に向かって延在する第2のラッチを含み、該第2のラッチの一部は、前記第1のラッチの一部と重なり合い、前記第2のラッチは、押圧によって作用される時に前記第1のラッチと係合する、トリガーと、
を備え、
前記トリガーが、前記LC形光コネクタを第2のLC形光コネクタに連結するための、一体連結機構を更に備え、
前記連結機構は、前記トリガーの第1の側面上に形成されるダブテール突出部と、前記トリガーの対向側面上に形成される対応するスロットとを備え、該スロットは、前記第2のLC形光コネクタの前記トリガーのダブテール部分と摺動可能にかつぴったりと係合するように構成される、LC形光コネクタ。 - 複合セットLC形光コネクタであって、該複合セットLC形光コネクタは、請求項1に記載のLC形光コネクタ及び少なくとも第2のLC形コネクタを含み、該第2のLC形光コネクタは、第2のハウジングと、第2の鍔体と、第2のトリガーとを有し、前記第2のトリガーは、ダブテール突出部及び対応するスロットを含む、第2の連結機構を含み、前記第2のLCコネクタの前記ダブテール突出部は、請求項1に記載のLC形光コネクタの前記対応するスロットと係合する、複合セットLC形光コネクタ。
- 前記複合セットLC形光コネクタは、二重LC形光コネクタである、請求項2に記載の複合セットLC形光コネクタ。
- 光ファイバーを終端処理するためのLC形光コネクタであって、
LCレセプタクルと嵌合するように構成されてLC形及び前面を有する、外側シェルを含むハウジングであって、該ハウジングは更に、前記外側シェルの表面上に配置されて前記LCレセプタクルと係合するように構成される弾力性ラッチであって、該弾力性ラッチは、LCレセプタクルから前記ラッチを取り外す押圧を受容するように構成されるドライバーがその上に形成された一体成形ラッチを備える、弾力性ラッチを含み、前記ハウジングは更に、その第1の部分上で前記外側シェルの外側表面と係合するように構成され、その第2の部分上に配置されてブートと係合するように構成される実装構造を有する、バックボーンを含む、ハウジングと、
該ハウジング内に配置され、前記外側シェルと前記バックボーンとの間に保持される、鍔体であって、該鍔体は、該鍔体の第1の部分に配置される、ファイバースタブを含み、該ファイバースタブは、フェルールに実装され、該フェルールの端面に近接した第1の末端部及び第2の末端部を有する、第1の光ファイバーを含み、前記鍔体は更に、該鍔体の第2の部分に配置される機械的スプライスであって、該機械的スプライスは、前記ファイバースタブの前記第2の末端部を第2の光ファイバーに接続するように構成される機械的スプライスを含む、鍔体と、

前記バックボーンは更に、前記LC形光コネクタを複合コネクタ形内の第2のLC形光コネクタに連結するための、一体連結機構を備え、
前記連結機構は、前記バックボーンの第1の側面上に形成されるダブテール突出部と、前記バックボーンの対向側面上に形成される対応するスロットとを備え、該スロットは、前記第2のLC形光コネクタの前記バックボーンのダブテール部分と摺動可能にかつぴったりと係合するように構成される、LC形光コネクタ。 - 前記ラッチの第1の部分が前記前面の近くで前記外側シェルと接続し、前記ラッチの第2の部分が前記外側シェルの対向する末端の近くで前記外側シェルと接続する、請求項4に記載のLC形光コネクタ。
- 前記バックボーンは更に、外側シェルの部分を前記バックボーンが摺動できるように構成されたスロットを備え、前記ラッチの第2の部分に対応する、請求項5に記載のLC形光コネクタ。
