Description
前縁及び2個の側縁を有するベースと、
そのベースに連ね本ビーム整列室の長手方向沿いに設けられた第1及び第2側壁と、
ベースの前縁にあり出射孔を有する前壁と、
少なくとも一軸に関しビーム拡散が補正されていない光ビームを第1又は第2側壁越しに送り込む複数個の光源と、
それぞれ光源のうち少なくとも1個と対をなしており、対応する光源に発した光ビームが本ビーム整列室の長手方向に沿うよう転向し他の光ビームと共に平行光ビーム整列アレイとなり出射孔から出射されるよう、また光源から出射孔に至る光路がどの光ビームでもほぼ等しい長さになるようベースに複数個実装されており、且つ独立したヨー調整部材及びピッチ調整部材を有するベース側反射器と、
ビーム拡散を少なくとも一軸に関し補正すべく平行光ビーム整列アレイの光路上に配された1個又は複数個の光学素子と、
を備える細長いビーム整列室を設けることを提案する。
Claims (3)
- 前縁及び2個の側縁を有するベースと、
そのベースに連ね本ビーム整列室の長手方向沿いに設けられた第1及び第2側壁と、
ベースの前縁にあり出射孔を有する前壁と、
少なくとも一軸に関しビーム拡散が補正されていない光ビームを第1又は第2側壁越しに送り込む複数個の光源と、
それぞれ光源のうち少なくとも1個と対をなしており、対応する光源に発した光ビームが本ビーム整列室の長手方向に沿うよう転向し他の光ビームと共に平行光ビーム整列アレイとなり出射孔から出射されるよう、また光源から出射孔に至る光路がどの光ビームでもほぼ等しい長さになるようベースに複数個実装されており、且つ独立したヨー調整部材及びピッチ調整部材を有するベース側反射器と、
ビーム拡散を少なくとも一軸に関し補正すべく平行光ビーム整列アレイの光路上に配された1個又は複数個の光学素子と、
を備える細長いビーム整列室。 - 請求項1記載のビーム整列室であって、形成される平行光ビーム整列アレイが二次元的な光ビームアレイになるよう個々のベース側反射器が一次元光源アレイと対をなすビーム整列室。
- 複数本の光ビームを整列させる方法であって、
出射部を有する室又はその一部になるよう、ベースに連ね相対向する第1及び第2側壁を設けるステップと、
独立したヨー調整部材及びピッチ調整部材を有する反射器を、第1及び第2側壁から空間的に隔たるよう且つそれら側壁に対しある傾斜角を呈するよう、ベース沿いに複数個実装するステップと、
対をなす反射器によってその光ビームアレイが反射され他の光ビームアレイと共に光ビーム整列アレイとなって室の出射孔から出射されるよう、光ビームアレイ発生用の光源アレイを複数個準備するステップと、
少なくとも一軸に関しそのビーム拡散を補正する補正用光学素子を、個々の光源アレイからの光路長が互いに等しくなるよう光ビーム整列アレイの光路上に配置するステップと、
を有する方法。
