Description
Claims (20)
- 削岩リグを穿孔現場に駆動して、該穿孔現場で前記削岩リグが有する穿孔ユニットを用いて少なくとも1つの掘削孔を穿孔し、
燃焼エンジンのない駆動機器で前記削岩リグを移動させて、少なくとも1つの制御装置で制御される少なくとも1つの電気駆動モータで必要な回転トルクを発生させ、該モータから伝達接続部を介して少なくとも1つの駆動輪へ前記回転トルクを伝達することを含む削岩リグの位置決め方法において、
前記駆動モータの回転動作を機械的なアンチスリップ伝達接続部を介して前記駆動輪に伝達し、
平坦でないまたは傾斜した走行面を有する穿孔現場で前記削岩リグを位置決めし、
電気モータを使用して位置決め中における前記削岩リグの移動および停止を行い、
前記駆動輪に対して走行面の変化に起因するトルク負荷変動に関係なく、位置決め中における前記駆動モータの回転速度と前記駆動輪の回転速度の比を一定に保つことを特徴とする削岩リグの位置決め方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、該方法は、前記電気駆動モータを使用して前記削岩リグを静止状態に保つことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、該方法は、前記電気駆動モータの回転を少なくとも1つの周波数変換器によって無段で制御することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、該方法は、
前記駆動機器の少なくとも1つの構成要素の回転を、少なくとも1つの測定装置で測定し、
測定情報および前記駆動輪の寸法に基づき前記削岩リグが走行した距離を判定し、
距離情報を前記削岩リグの制御ユニットのユーザインタフェースで操作者に表示し、
位置決めに際して新たな目標位置を示す距離値を前記制御ユニットのユーザインタフェースに手動入力し、
前記制御ユニットの制御のもと、前記新たな目標位置へ前記削岩リグを移動することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、該方法は、
位置決め運転用の最高許容速度を前記制御ユニットに入力し、
該制御ユニットにより速度を該最大値以下に保つことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、該方法は、
位置決め運転用の速度範囲を前記制御ユニットに入力し、
速度を前記入力された速度範囲内に保つことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、該方法は、
平坦でないまたは傾斜した走行面を有する穿孔現場で前記削岩リグを位置決めし、
前記駆動輪に対して走行面の変化に起因するトルク負荷変動に関係なく、位置決め中における前記駆動モータの回転速度を実質的に一定に保つことを特徴とする方法。 - 複数の車輪を有する可動キャリアと、
削岩リグを駆動する燃焼エンジンのない駆動機器とを含み、該駆動機器は少なくとも1つの電気駆動モータと、該駆動モータを制御する少なくとも1つの制御装置と、前記駆動モータと少なくとも1つの駆動輪の間の動力伝達部材とを含み、さらに、
前記キャリッジに対して移動可能な少なくとも1つのブームと、
該少なくとも1つのブームに配置された少なくとも1つの削岩機と、
速度要求を入力するユーザインタフェースを有する少なくとも1つの制御ユニットとを含む削岩リグにおいて、
前記電気駆動モータと前記駆動輪の間に機械的なアンチスリップ伝達接続部があり、
該削岩リグは、該削岩リグの速度を判定する少なくとも1つの測定装置を含み、
前記制御ユニットは制御手順を含み、前記制御ユニットは、前記制御手順に従い前記電気駆動モータを前記制御装置によって調整して、前記駆動輪に対し平坦でないまたは傾斜した走行面に起因するトルク負荷変動に関係なく、前記速度の速度要求に対する比が一定に保たれるように構成されていることを特徴とする削岩リグ。 - 請求項8に記載の削岩リグにおいて、
前記伝達接続部は該削岩リグの両駆動方向ともすべらず、これによって削岩リグの第1移動方向への移動は前記駆動モータが第1方向に回転することを常に必要とし、同様に、逆向きである該削岩リグの第2移動方向への移動は前記駆動モータが逆向きの第2方向に回転することを常に必要とし、
前記電気駆動モータを制御する前記制御装置は周波数変換器であることで、前記駆動モータは無段による回転速度およびトルクの制御を行うことを特徴とする削岩リグ。 - 請求項8または9に記載の削岩リグにおいて、
前記駆動機器は、該駆動機器の少なくとも1つの構成要素の回転を検出する少なくとも1つのセンサを有し、
前記制御ユニットは、測定情報および前記駆動輪の寸法に基づき該削岩リグが走行した距離を判定するよう構成され、
前記制御ユニットは、距離情報を操作者に表示するユーザインタフェースを有することを特徴とする削岩リグ。 - 請求項10に記載の削岩リグにおいて、
前記制御ユニットの前記ユーザインタフェースは、移動動作距離要求を手動で前記制御ユニットに提供する少なくとも1つの手操作要素を有し、
前記制御ユニットは、前記駆動モータを制御して既定の移動動作を実行するよう構成されていることを特徴とする削岩リグ。 - 請求項11に記載の削岩リグにおいて、
前記制御ユニットの前記ユーザインタフェースは少なくとも1つの手操作要素を有し、該手操作要素には移動動作距離値が予め定められ、
該操作要素の一操作で、該操作要素に予め定められた距離値により該削岩リグの実際の移動動作を生じることを特徴とする削岩リグ。 - 請求項8ないし12のいずれかに記載の削岩リグにおいて、
前記制御ユニットは、少なくとも2つの選択可能な速度範囲をもち、
第1速度範囲は穿孔現場間での移動運転用であり、
第2速度範囲は前記穿孔現場での位置決め用であることを特徴とする削岩リグ。 - 請求項8ないし13のいずれかに記載の削岩リグにおいて、
該削岩リグの最高許容速度が前記制御ユニットに与えられ、
該制御ユニットは、速度が常に最高許容速度以下になるように前記駆動機器を制御するよう構成されていることを特徴とする削岩リグ。 - 請求項14に記載の削岩リグにおいて、前記制御ユニットは前記削岩リグの位置および最大速度データ要素を考慮して鉱山の少なくとも一区間での最高許容速度を検出するよう構成され、前記最大データ要素には前記鉱山の少なくとも一区間の最高許容速度が定められていることを特徴とする削岩リグ。
- 請求項8ないし15のいずれかに記載の削岩リグにおいて、
前記制御ユニットの前記ユーザインタフェースは少なくとも1つの手操作要素を有し、該手操作要素の偏位操作の大きさは前記駆動モータを制御する前記制御装置に送信される速度要求の大きさに比例し、
該手操作要素の偏位操作に対する前記駆動モータの実際の反応は、高速での移動運転用と低速での位置決め運転用で異なることを特徴とする削岩リグ。 - 請求項8ないし16のいずれかに記載の削岩リグにおいて、
該削岩リグは、該削岩リグの長手方向への急な傾斜および揺れを検出する少なくとも1つの傾斜センサを備え、
前記制御ユニットは、駆動力伝達部を制御して前記検出した動きを補正するように構成されることを特徴とする削岩リグ。 - 請求項8ないし17のいずれかに記載の削岩リグにおいて、
前記駆動機器は、該駆動機器に属する少なくとも1つの構成要素が回転するにつれてパルスを発生する少なくとも1つのパルスセンサを備え、
前記駆動モータの回転は、最大で生成された1パルス分の精度で制御可能であることを特徴とする削岩リグ。 - 請求項8ないし18のいずれかに記載の削岩リグにおいて、前記機械的な伝達接続部は、前記駆動モータが駆動するよう構成された少なくとも1つのギアボックスを有することを特徴とする削岩リグ。
- 請求項8ないし19のいずれかに記載の削岩リグにおいて、前記駆動モータは、前記駆動輪のシャフトに直接配置された電気ハブモータであることを特徴とする削岩リグ。
