Claims (10)
- 珪素含有材料から形成される基質(12)を有する物品(10)のコーティングシステム(14)であって、前記コーティングシステム(14)が、
前記基質(12)の上に重なる耐環境コーティング(22)であって、腐食を受け易い少なくとも1種類のシリカートを含む耐環境コーティング(22)と、
前記耐環境コーティング(22)の上に重なり、耐環境コーティングとは異なる熱膨張係数(CTE)を有するイットリア安定化ジルコニアから形成された遮熱コーティング(18)とを備え、
耐環境コーティングの少なくとも1種類のシリカートを腐食から保護するとともに前記耐環境コーティング(22)と前記遮熱コーティング(18)とのCTEの不一致を緩和するために前記耐環境コーティング(22)と前記遮熱コーティング(18)との間に遷移層(24)が存在していて、前記遷移層(24)がシリカートを含んでおらず、前記遷移層(24)が、少なくとも1種類のアルミン酸塩化合物と、アルミナおよび/またはイットリア安定化ジルコニアとから本質的になり、前記少なくとも1種類のアルミン酸塩化合物が、YAlO3、Y3Al5O12、NbAlO4、TaAlO4、SrAl2O4、CaAl2O4、CaAl4O7、SrLaAlO3、MgAl2O4、ScAlO3および希土類アルミン酸塩化合物からなる群から選択され、
前記耐環境コーティング(22)と前記遮熱コーティング(18)とのCTEの不一致を緩和するために、前記遷移層(24)が、
(i)前記少なくとも1種類のアルミン酸塩化合物と、アルミナおよび前記イットリア安定化ジルコニアのうちの少なくとも1つとの均質な混合物からなり、前記遷移層(24)のCTEが、前記耐環境コーティング(22)および前記遮熱コーティング(18)のCTEの中間の値を有するか、または
(ii)前記少なくとも1種類のアルミン酸塩化合物と、アルミナおよび前記イットリア安定化ジルコニアのうちの少なくとも1つとの組成勾配混合物からなり、前記耐環境コーティング(22)近傍での最小のCTEから前記遮熱コーティング(18)近傍での最大のCTEまで徐々に高くなるCTEを有する
ことを特徴とするコーティングシステム(14)。 - さらに、前記基質(12)上に少なくとも1つのボンドコート層(16、20)を備え、前記少なくとも1つのボンドコート層(16、20)が、珪素、シリカート、および/またはシリカートとアルミノ珪酸塩との混合物から形成される請求項1記載のコーティングシステム(14)。
- 前記遷移層(24)が、前記少なくとも1種類のアルミン酸塩化合物を重量で少なくとも50%含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコーティングシステム(14)。
- 前記遷移層(24)が、前記少なくとも1種類のアルミン酸塩化合物を重量で少なくとも90%含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコーティングシステム(14)。
- 前記遷移層(24)が、前記少なくとも1種類のアルミン酸塩化合物と、前記遮熱コーティング(18)の前記イットリア安定化ジルコニアと、アルミナとからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコーティングシステム(14)。
- 前記耐環境コーティング(22)がアルカリ土類金属アルミノ珪酸塩を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコーティングシステム(14)。
- 前記耐環境コーティング(22)がバリウムストロンチウムアルミノ珪酸塩からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコーティングシステム(14)。
- 前記遮熱コーティング(18)が、1種類以上の希土類酸化物の添加剤を適宜有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコーティングシステム(14)。
- 前記物品(10)が、ガスタービンエンジンの構成要素であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコーティングシステム(14)。
- 珪素含有材料から形成される基質(12)を有する物品(10)のコーティングシステム(14)であって、前記コーティングシステム(14)が、
前記基質(12)の上に重なる耐環境コーティング(22)であって、腐食を受け易い少なくとも1種類のシリカートを含む耐環境コーティング(22)と、
前記耐環境コーティング(22)の上に重なり、耐環境コーティングとは異なる熱膨張係数(CTE)を有するイットリア安定化ジルコニアから形成された遮熱コーティング(18)とを備え、
耐環境コーティングの少なくとも1種類のシリカートを腐食から保護するとともに前記耐環境コーティング(22)と前記遮熱コーティング(18)とのCTEの不一致を緩和するために前記耐環境コーティング(22)と前記遮熱コーティング(18)との間に遷移層(24)が存在していて、前記遷移層(24)がシリカートを含んでおらず、前記遷移層(24)が、少なくとも1種類のアルミン酸塩化合物から本質的になり、前記少なくとも1種類のアルミン酸塩化合物が、YAlO3、Y3Al5O12、NbAlO4、TaAlO4、SrAl2O4、CaAl2O4、CaAl4O7、SrLaAlO3、MgAl2O4、ScAlO3および希土類アルミン酸塩化合物からなる群から選択され、
前記耐環境コーティング(22)と前記遮熱コーティング(18)とのCTEの不一致を緩和するために、前記遷移層(24)が、前記少なくとも1種類のアルミン酸塩化合物からなり、前記遷移層(24)のCTEが、前記耐環境コーティング(22)および前記遮熱コーティング(18)のCTEの中間の値を有する
ことを特徴とするコーティングシステム(14)。
