Claims (4)
- 電源から受電した電力を変換して負荷に供給する電力変換装置において、
半導体スイッチング素子と、
前記半導体スイッチング素子のオン/オフを制御する制御回路とを備え、
前記制御回路は、
前記半導体スイッチング素子をオン状態にするための制御信号を供給し、この制御信号は、第1のオン信号と第2のオン信号とで構成され、
前記制御信号の第1のオン信号と第2のオン信号との間に、第1のオン信号の期間と実質的に等しい時間のオフ期間が設けられ、
前記制御信号の第1のオン信号が出力される期間と、第1のオン信号と第2のオン信号との間に設けられるオフ期間とが、前記半導体スイッチング素子と負荷との間に存在するインピーダンスが有する共振周期の略1/6の時間に設定されることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 電源から受電した電力を変換して負荷に供給する電力変換装置において、
半導体スイッチング素子と、
前記半導体スイッチング素子のオン/オフを制御する制御回路と、
前記半導体スイッチング素子と前記負荷との間に接続したインダクタと、負荷側に接続される前記インダクタの端子と前記電源の一端との間に接続されるコンデンサとからなるLC回路と、
を備え、
前記制御回路は、
前記半導体スイッチング素子をオン状態にするための制御信号を供給し、この制御信号は、第1のオン信号と第2のオン信号とで構成され、
前記制御信号の第1のオン信号と第2のオン信号との間に、第1のオン信号の期間と実質的に等しい時間のオフ期間が設けられ、
前記制御信号の第1のオン信号が出力される期間と、第1のオン信号と第2のオン信号との間に設けられるオフ期間とが、半導体スイッチング素子と負荷との間に設けた前記LC回路が有する共振周期の略1/6の時間に設定されることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 電源から受電した電力を変換して負荷に供給する電力変換装置において、
半導体スイッチング素子と、
前記半導体スイッチング素子のオン/オフを制御する制御回路とを備え、
前記制御回路は、
前記半導体スイッチング素子をオフ状態にするための制御信号を供給し、この制御信号は、第1のオフ信号と第2のオフ信号とで構成され、
前記制御信号の第1のオフ信号と第2のオフ信号との間に、第1のオフ信号の期間と実質的に等しい時間のオン期間が設けられ、
前記制御信号の第1のオフ信号が出力される期間と、第1のオフ信号と第2のオフ信号との間に設けられるオン期間とが、前記半導体スイッチング素子と負荷との間に存在するインピーダンスが有する共振周期の略1/6の時間に設定されることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 電源から受電した電力を変換して負荷に供給する電力変換装置において、
半導体スイッチング素子と、
前記半導体スイッチング素子のオン/オフを制御する制御回路と、
前記半導体スイッチング素子と前記負荷との間に接続したインダクタと、負荷側に接続される前記インダクタの端子と前記電源の一端との間に接続されるコンデンサとからなるLC回路と、
を備え、
前記制御回路は、
前記半導体スイッチング素子をオフ状態にするための制御信号を供給し、この制御信号は、第1のオフ信号と第2のオフ信号とで構成され、
前記制御信号の第1のオフ信号と第2のオフ信号との間に、第1のオフ信号の期間と実質的に等しい時間のオン期間が設けられ、
前記制御信号の第1のオフ信号が出力される期間と、第1のオフ信号と第2のオフ信号との間に設けられるオン期間とが、半導体スイッチング素子と負荷との間に設けた前記LC回路が有する共振周期の略1/6の時間に設定されることを特徴とする電力変換装置。
