Description
下記の表1に掲げた配合物から以下のように試験片を作成した。融解した耐火酸化物、すなわち、部分的に安定化したジルコニア(16モル%のカルシアドーパント)又は完全に安定化したジルコニアと単斜晶ジルコニアがアイリッヒミキサ内で3分間グラファイトフレークと乾燥混合され、その後、液状フェノールホルムアルデヒド樹脂が添加された。混合は、さらに15分間継続し、その後、混合材料は、室温まで冷却され、振動によって金型に充填され、その後静水圧プレス成形された。
Claims (3)
- 耐火冷間始動スラグ帯を含む、取鍋シュラウド、ストッパーロッド(stopper rod)又は浸漬された注入ノズル/シュラウドであって、
前記スラグ帯が、部分的に安定化したジルコニア及び/又は完全に安定化したジルコニアと0.25〜0.5mmの粒径を有する単斜晶ジルコニアとの混合物、及び、グラファイトを含み、総ジルコニア含有量に対する0.25〜0.5mmの粒径を有する単斜晶の割合が少なくとも50重量%であり、前記スラグ帯の少なくとも50重量%が、PSZ/FSZと単斜晶ジルコニアとの混合物を含むことを特徴とする、取鍋シュラウド、ストッパーロッド(stopper rod)又は浸漬された注入ノズル/シュラウド。 - 前記スラグ帯がFSZを含み、前記総ジルコニア含有量に対する前記単斜晶ジルコニアの含有量が、85重量%以下である、請求項1に記載のノズル、ストッパーロッド(stopper rod)又はシュラウド。
- 前記スラグ帯がPSZを含み、前記総ジルコニア含有量に対する前記単斜晶ジルコニアの含有量が、65重量%以下である、請求項1又は2に記載のノズル、ストッパーロッド(stopper rod)又はシュラウド。
