Claims (17)
- (a) ハウジングの面の一つに、個々の受け部を規定する複数の凹部が設けられ、各凹部がハウジング内に配置された少なくとも一つのチャネルによって接続されているハウジングと、
(b) 前記した複数の凹部を封止することで複数の封止された受け部を形成し、前記凹部上に位置する部分がフレキシブルであるダイアフラムであって、さらに前記凹部上に位置するダイアフラム部分がそれに適用された圧力の変動に応じて前記ハウジングの前記面の平面に対して可動であり、それにより前記受け部内の圧力を変動させ、また、前記受け部内の容量を変化させるダイアフラムと、
(c) 前記のハウジング内に配置され、選ばれた受け部同士間に流れを案内する前記チャネルを相互に接続するスライドバルブまたは回転バルブであって、前記バルブの変位によって、前記バルブ内に取り込まれた所定の容量のサンプルを前記選ばれた受け部同士間の前記選ばれたチャネルの中に移動させるようにできるスライドバルブまたは回転バルブ、
を備えた血液検査用使い捨てカートリッジ。 - 前記受け部の少なくとも一つが液体希釈剤を収納している、請求項1記載の使い捨てカートリッジ。
- 前記液体希釈剤を含んだ前記少なくとも一つの受け部上に位置する前記ダイアフラムのフレキシブルである部分に前記圧力変動が適用された際、前記ダイアフラムのフレキシブルである部分が、前記一つの受け部の前記凹部内に向かって下方に動かされ、または、凸形状に上方に向かって動かされ、それにより前記液体希釈剤を前記少なくとも一つの受け部から流出させ、または、当該受け部に流入させる、請求項2記載の使い捨てカートリッジ。
- 前記受け部の一つが、溶血剤を収納している、請求項1記載の使い捨てカートリッジ。
- 前記凹部の一つまたはそれ以上が、細胞カウント装置の針を挿通させることができるように構成されている、請求項1記載の使い捨てカートリッジ。
- 請求項1記載の使い捨てカートリッジにおける受け部とは別に、前記ダイアフラムで封止することよってさらに追加の受け部を形成する追加の凹部を備え、前記追加の受け部に細胞カウント装置用の洗浄液が収納され、さらに前記追加の凹部が細胞カウント装置の針を挿通させることができるように構成されている、請求項1記載の使い捨てカートリッジ。
- 前記スライドバルブが、表面上に少なくとも一つのチャネルが設けられたバルブスライドである、請求項1記載の使い捨てカートリッジ。
- 前記バルブスライドの変位によって、前記バルブスライド上の前記チャネル内に取り込まれた前記所定の容量のサンプルを前記選ばれた受け部同士間の前記選ばれた一つのチャネルの中に移動させる、請求項7記載の使い捨てカートリッジ。
- 請求項1記載の使い捨てカートリッジと共に使用するための血液検査機器であって、この機器は、
(a) 細胞カウントステーションと、
(b) 前記機器内に取り外し可能に設置された前記使い捨てカートリッジの2つの受け部のフレキシブル部分に交互に圧力を適用するように構成され、前記使い捨てカートリッジ内で血液サンプルと液剤の混合物を混合するために前記2つの受け部間で前記混合物を流す圧力作動手段と、
(c)一端が前記細胞カウントステーションに接続され、他端に挿通要素を有し、前記カートリッジ内の前記混合物を前記機器の前記細胞カウントステーションに送るために前記使い捨てカートリッジの前記凹部の一つに挿通されるように構成された第一の導管と、
を備えた血液検査機器。 - 前記圧力作動手段が、前記使い捨てカートリッジの前記受け部のフレキシブル部分に交互に液圧または空気圧を適用することが可能な手段、または、前記フレキシブル部分を減圧または加圧することが可能な手段である、請求項9記載の血液検査機器。
- 前記圧力作動手段が、複数の真空ドームを含む真空手段である、請求項9記載の血液検査機器。
- 前記細胞カウントステーションに接続され、細胞をカウントするために、前記受け部から前記第一の導管を介して前記細胞カウントステーションに前記混合物を抜き出すポンプをさらに含む、請求項9記載の血液検査機器。
- 一端が一つまたはそれ以上のバルブを介して前記第一の導管及び前記ポンプに接続され、他端に挿通要素を有し、洗浄液が収納された前記カートリッジの更なる受け部に挿通されるように構成された第二の導管をさらに含む、請求項12記載の血液検査機器。
- 前記第一の導管の前記挿通要素が、前記混合物が収納された前記受け部の一つに挿通され、さらに前記第二の導管の前記挿通要素が、前記洗浄液が収納された前記更なる受け部に挿通された際、前記カートリッジから前記第二の導管を介して前記第一の導管内に前記洗浄液を抜き出すことを可能にし、それによって前記細胞カウントステーションにおいて前記混合物中の細胞のカウントを行った後、前記機器を洗浄し、前記機器内の前記混合物を前記カートリッジの前記受け部内に戻す、請求項13記載の血液検査機器。
- 更なる細胞カウントステーションと第三の導管を含み、該第三の導管はその一端が前記更なる細胞カウントステーションに接続され、他端に挿通要素を有し、前記カートリッジの前記2つの受け部のうちの前記第一の導管が接続される受け部とは別の受け部に収容された収容物を前記更なる細胞カウントステーション内に送るための前記別の受け部に挿通されるように構成され、そこで前記圧力作動手段が、前記使い捨てカートリッジの前記別の受け部上と該別の受け部に相互接続された受け部上に圧力を交互に適用するように構成され、前記血液サンプルと更なる液剤との混合物を、前記別の受け部と該別の受け部に相互接続された受け部との間で混合物を流す、請求項13記載の血液検査機器。
- 前記第一の導管と前記第三の導管の前記挿通要素が前記カートリッジのそれぞれ対応する受け部内に挿通され、さらに前記第二の導管の前記挿通要素が、前記洗浄液が収納された前記更なる受け部に挿通された際、前記カートリッジから前記第二の導管を介して前記第一と第三の導管内に前記洗浄液を抜き出すことを可能にし、それによってそれぞれの前記細胞カウントステーションにおいてそれぞれの前記混合物中の細胞のカウントを行った後、前記機器を洗浄し、前記機器内の前記混合物を前記カートリッジの前記それぞれ対応する受け部内に戻す、請求項15記載の血液検査機器。
- 前記細胞カウントステーションの一つが、前記血液サンプル内の赤血球をカウントする機能を備え、さらにもう一つの前記細胞カウントステーションが、前記血液サンプル内の白血球をカウントする機能をそれぞれ備えている、請求項15記載の血液検査機器。
