Description
前記ボディの内部に設けられ、軸線方向に沿って変位自在な変位体を有する変位機構と、
前記ボディの端部に設けられ、通電作用下に前記変位機構を軸線方向に沿って変位させる駆動部と、
前記変位体と前記ボディとの間に介装されるベローズと、
非圧縮性流体からなり、前記ボディの充填室及び該充填室に連通した前記ベローズの内部に充填される間接媒体と、
前記ボディの内部において、前記ポンプ室と前記間接媒体との間に設けられ、前記変位機構の変位作用下に該ポンプ室内の流体を吐出させるダイヤフラムと、
を備えることを特徴とする。
前記ボディの内部に設けられ、軸線方向に沿って変位自在な変位体を有する変位機構と、
パイロット圧の供給作用下に前記ボディの内部に設けられた前記変位機構を軸線方向に沿って変位させるエア駆動部と、
前記変位体と前記ボディとの間に介装されるベローズと、
非圧縮性流体からなり、前記ボディの充填室及び該充填室に連通した前記ベローズの内部に充填される間接媒体と、
前記ボディの内部において、前記ポンプ室と前記間接媒体との間に設けられ、前記変位機構の変位作用下に該ポンプ室内の流体を吐出させるダイヤフラムと、
を備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 流体の吸入・排出されるポートと、該ポートに連通したポンプ室とを有するボディと、
前記ボディの内部に設けられ、軸線方向に沿って変位自在な変位体を有する変位機構と、
前記ボディの端部に設けられ、通電作用下に前記変位機構を軸線方向に沿って変位させる駆動部と、
前記変位体と前記ボディとの間に介装されるベローズと、
非圧縮性流体からなり、前記ボディの充填室及び該充填室に連通した前記ベローズの内部に充填される間接媒体と、
前記ボディの内部において、前記ポンプ室と前記間接媒体との間に設けられ、前記変位機構の変位作用下に該ポンプ室内の流体を吐出させるダイヤフラムと、
前記ポンプ室における半球面状の内壁面に形成された複数の溝部と、
を備え、
前記ポートは前記ボディの外側面に形成され、
前記変位機構は、前記駆動部の駆動作用下に回転するシャフトと、前記シャフトに螺合された変位体と、前記変位体に連結され変位ナット及び駆動軸の一部を覆い、且つ、前記ベローズの内部に挿入された有底筒状の筒体とを有し、前記ベローズの端部が前記筒体に保持されると共に、前記溝部が、前記内壁面の最も窪んだ中心から前記ポート側に向かって一直線上に延在し、該ポートに向かって前記内壁面に対する深さが深くなるように変化する第1溝部と、前記中心において前記第1溝部と連通し、前記内壁面に沿って放射状に一定深さで延在する複数の第2溝部とからなり、前記第1溝部が前記ポートと連通することを特徴とするポンプ装置。 - 請求項1記載のポンプ装置において、
前記変位体とボディとの間には、該変位体を前記ダイヤフラムから離間させる方向に付勢するスプリングが設けられることを特徴とするポンプ装置。
