Claims (9)
- 架構と接する部位に位置する面材の少なくとも表面側に弾性、柔軟性および貫通抵抗性を備える帯状補強材を設置する工程と、貫通材を前記帯状補強材と前記面材とを貫通させて前記架構側にその大部分を埋め込んで該架構に前記面材を最終定着する工程とを含み、
前記貫通材は、適宜長さの軸状本体部の一端に頭部を有し、他端に先鋭部を設けたものが用いられ、前記頭部を除く部位を前記架構側に埋め込むことにより、前記面材と前記架構との間に相対変形が生じた際に前記頭部が前記面材との接触面積を広げて該面材に発生する応力を緩和する機能を発揮し、
前記帯状補強材は、貫通材側が貫通することは許容するが、前記架構の変形により前記貫通材側が前記面材を突き破ることに対して抵抗する構造と強度とを有し、かつ、前記貫通材が斜めになったり、回転したりする動きを過度に拘束して前記貫通材あるいは前記面材が破壊することを避け得る柔軟性を有する合成繊維織物により形成し、
前記帯状補強材を前記面材に設置した際に該面材に比べ曲げ剛性・圧縮剛性が小さな前記帯状補強材側を前記面材と一体化して変形させることで、前記貫通材および前記面材の破壊を防止しながら前記架構の耐力を向上させることを特徴とする構築物における架構への面材の定着工法。 - 前記面材への前記帯状補強材の設置は、接着剤を介在させて行う請求項1に記載の構築物における架構への面材の定着工法。
- 前記面材への前記帯状補強材の設置は、くぎ等の打込み部材を打ち込んで行う請求項1に記載の構築物における架構への面材の定着工法。
- 前記帯状補強材は、前記面材を挟み込むようにその表裏両面に設置した請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の架構への面材の定着工法。
- 前記最終定着工程を経て前記架構に最終定着される前記面材は、前記架構に予めくぎ打ちのみで定着されていた面材である請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の架構への面材の定着工法。
- 前記帯状補強材は、幅20mm〜100mm、厚さ0.8mm〜2mmとなるように合成繊維を綾織りにして、弾性、柔軟性および貫通抵抗性を付与した請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の架構への面材の定着工法。
- 前記合成繊維は、ポリエステル繊維であり、網組織が、経糸は、1670dtexを幅1mm当たり、2〜3本とし、緯糸は、566dtexを幅1mm当たり、1本〜3本とする請求項6に記載の架構への面材の定着工法。
- 前記帯状補強材は、長さ方向に向けてくぎ打ちする際の打ち込み間隔とくぎ打ち込み位置とを示す目印を備える請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の架構への面材の定着工法。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の定着工法により、前記架構に前記面材を定着したことを特徴とする構築物における架構への面材の定着構造。
