Description
さて、この問題を克服する制御マップ、並びに、該制御マップを生成する方法を図3乃至図5を参照して説明する。
従来技術の制御マップと同様に、上述の制御マップは、巻線に印加される電圧が一定であると仮定している。しかしながら、使用中、DCリンク電圧は、制御マップが導出された電圧から変化する。

Claims (9)
- 回転子と、少なくとも1つの相巻線と、前記回転子の角度位置に依存して相巻線を付勢するよう配列された制御器と、を有する電気機械における、印加されたDCリンク電圧と、所定のDCリンク電圧との間の差を補償する方法であって、制御器は、進み角マップ及び電圧補償マップを記憶するメモリを備え、進み角マップは、回転子速度の範囲に渡って、前記回転子の角度位置に対して相巻線の付勢をターンオン及びターンオフさせるための点弧角を含み、前記点弧角は、前記相巻線を付勢するために使用される前記DCリンク電圧が前記所定のDCリンク電圧と一致する場合に、電力と回転子速度との関係を示す所望の電力プロフィルを達成し、前記電圧補償マップは、複数の異なるDCリンク電圧のそれぞれについて補正係数を含み、当該方法は、前記回転子の速度を測定する段階と、前記相巻線を付勢するために使用される前記印加されたDCリンク電圧の平均値を測定する段階と、前記回転子速度を用いて進み角マップを検討して、点弧角を得る段階と、前記印加されたDCリンク電圧の平均値を用いて前記電圧補償マップを検討して、補正係数を得る段階と、前記得られた点弧角に前記得られた補正係数を適用する段階と、前記補正係数が適用された点弧角を用いて前記印加されたDCリンク電圧で前記相巻線を付勢する段階と、を含む方法。
- 印加されたDCリンク電圧は、周期的に測定される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 印加されたDCリンク電圧は、機械が起動したときに測定される請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 機械が電源に接続されたとき、かつ機械がスイッチング・オンされる前に、印加されたDCリンク電圧を測定する段階をさらに含み、そして、測定されたDCリンク電圧の値に依存して、機械の起動時に相巻線の付勢の角度位置に所定の補正を与える段階をさらに含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 平均値を導出する段階は、印加されたDCリンク電圧にフィルタを与える段階を含む請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 回転子と少なくとも1つの相巻線とを備えた電気機械のための制御器であって、前記回転子の角度位置に依存して相巻線を付勢するよう配列された前記制御器において、制御器は、進み角マップ及び電圧補償マップを記憶するメモリをさらに備え、進み角マップは、回転子速度の範囲に渡って、前記回転子の角度位置に対して相巻線の付勢をターンオン及びターンオフさせるための点弧角を含み、前記点弧角は、前記相巻線を付勢するために使用されるDCリンク電圧が所定のDCリンク電圧と一致する場合に、電力と回転子速度との関係を示す所望の電力プロファイルを達成し、前記電圧補償マップは、複数の異なるDCリンク電圧のそれぞれについて補正係数を含み、当該制御器は、さらに、前記回転子の速度を用いて進み角マップを検討して、点弧角を選択し、前記印加されたDCリンク電圧の平均値を用いて前記電圧補償マップを検討して、補正係数を得、前記選択された点弧角に前記得られた補正係数を適用し、前記補正係数が適用された点弧角を用いて前記印加されたDCリンク電圧で前記相巻線を付勢するよう配列されている制御器。
- 請求項6に記載の制御器を組み込んだ電気機械。
- スイッチングされたリラクタンス・モータの形態にある請求項7に記載の電気機械。
- 請求項7または8に記載の電気機械を組み込んだ掃除用電気器具。
