Claims (6)
- 制御部により、リアルタイムのアクセルペダル開度信号、モータ回転数及び無段変速機の速度比を取得し、前記信号に応じて、前記モータ回転数又は前記無段変速機の速度比を調整し、これにより、車両全体の所要動力を達成しつつ、前記モータを比較的高効率なモータ回転数範囲で動作させ、
前記アクセルペダル開度に対応する目標回転数が前記高効率モータ回転数範囲内の場合、前記制御部により、前記無段変速機の速度比を変更せず維持し、前記現在のモータ回転数を前記目標回転数に調整し、
前記アクセルペダル開度に対応する前記目標回転数が前記高効率モータ回転数範囲より大きい場合、前記制御部により、前記目標回転数及び現在の速度比に応じて、必要動力を算出し、算出結果に応じて、前記モータ回転数及び前記無段変速機の速度比を調整し、これにより、前記調整後の出力動力を前記必要動力と等しくし、前記調整後のモータ回転数を前記高効率回転数範囲内又は前記高効率回転数範囲近傍にする
ことを特徴とする電動車両の無段変速機の速度比制御方法。 - 請求項1に記載の電動車両の無段変速機の速度比制御方法であって、
前記アクセルペダル開度に対応する前記目標回転数が前記高効率モータ回転数範囲より大きい場合、前記制御部により、前記目標回転数及び前記現在の速度比に応じて、前記必要動力を算出し、前記モータ回転数を前記高効率モータ回転数範囲に調整し、前記速度比を調整し、これにより、前記調整後の出力動力を前記必要動力と等しくし、
前記速度比が限界値に調整されており、且つ、前記所要動力に未だ達していない場合、前記制御部により、前記速度比を前記限界値で維持し、前記調整後の出力動力が前記必要動力と等しくなるまで前記モータ回転数を調整し続ける
ことを特徴とする電動車両の無段変速機の速度比制御方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電動車両の無段変速機の速度比制御方法であって、
前記必要動力は、前記目標回転数を前記現在の速度比で除した商に比例し、前記出力動力は、前記現在の回転数を前記現在の速度比で除した商に比例する
ことを特徴とする電動車両の無段変速機の速度比制御方法。 - 請求項2に記載の電動車両の無段変速機の速度比制御方法であって、
前記制御部により、車両速度情報をリアルタイムに取得し、前記目標回転数が前記現在の回転数より大きく、且つ、前記車両速度が調整後所定時間経過後も増加しない場合、前記制御部により、前記無段変速機に前記速度比を増加するよう指示する
ことを特徴とする電動車両の無段変速機の速度比制御方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電動車両の無段変速機の速度比制御方法であって、
前記目標回転数と前記現在の回転数との差が大きいほど、速度比変位率が高く、前記速度比変位率は、前記速度比の単位時間内の変位値と関連する
ことを特徴とする電動車両の無段変速機の速度比制御方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電動車両の無段変速機の速度比制御方法であって、
A:前記制御部により、リアルタイムのアクセルペダル開度信号、前記モータ回転数及び前記無段変速機の速度比を取得し、
B:前記アクセルペダル開度に対応する前記目標回転数が前記高効率モータ回転数範囲内の場合、前記制御部により、前記無段変速機の速度比を変更せず維持し、前記現在のモータ回転数を前記目標回転数に調整し、
C:前記アクセルペダル開度に対応する前記目標回転数が前記高効率モータ回転数範囲より大きい場合、前記制御部により、前記目標回転数及び前記現在の速度比に応じて前記必要動力を算出し、以下のステップC1又はC2:
C1:前記現在のモータ回転数が前記高効率回転数範囲未満の場合、前記制御部により、前記モータ回転数を前記高効率回転数範囲に増加し、前記速度比を減少し、これにより、前記調整後の出力動力を前記必要動力と等しくし、前記速度比が前記最小値にまで減少しており、且つ、前記所要動力に未だ達していない場合、前記制御部により、前記速度比を前記最小値で維持し、前記調整後の出力動力が前記必要動力と等しくなるまで前記エンジン速度を増加する
C2:前記現在のモータ回転数が前記高効率回転数範囲より大きい場合、前記制御部により、前記モータ回転数を比較的高いモータ回転数範囲に減少し、前記速度比を増加し、これにより、前記調整後の出力動力を前記必要動力と等しくし、前記速度比が前記最大値にまで増加しており、且つ、前記所要動力に未だ達していない場合、前記制御部により、前記速度比を前記最大値で維持し、前記調整後の出力動力が前記必要動力と等しくなるまで前記モータ回転数を減少する
を実行することを特徴とする電動車両の無段変速機の速度比制御方法。
