Claims (18)
- 押出すべき合成樹脂材料の第1圧力(P1)を、合成樹脂材料が、軟化するが、まだすっかりは溶融していない、少なくとも1個のスクリュの供給領域(EB)及び/又はハウジング(1)の溶融領域(A)内の少なくとも1箇所で測定する、スクリュ型押出機(S)により合成樹脂材料を押出す方法において、前記測定された第1圧力(P1)に応じて、前記スクリュ(2)の充填量を、制御し、前記第1圧力(P 1 )を、前記スクリュ(2)のコア径(D)が、増大し始める、及び/又は、前記スクリュ(2)の螺旋深さ(G)が、減少し始める、前記ハウジング(1)の領域(A)内で測定することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記測定された第1圧力(P1)に応じて、前記少なくとも1個のスクリュ(2)の回転数を調節又は制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載した方法。
- 前記スクリュ(2)のコア径(D)が、一定である、前記スクリュ(2)の供給領域(E)内の前記ハウジング(1)の一領域で、又は、少なくとも1箇所で、第2信号(P2)を測定し、及び/又は、前記合成樹脂材料が、そのビカー温度(Tc)±(Tcの15%)に対応する温度を有する、前記ハウジング(1)の領域(E)内で又は箇所で、前記第2信号(P2)を測定し、必要に応じて、適切な計量後、必要に応じて前記充填量の急速な変化に対応するように、前記第2信号(P2)を、前記第1圧力測定信号(P1)とリンクさせ、前記第1及び第2圧力測定信号の双方を用いて、前記スクリュ押出機(S)の充填を制御し、及び/又は、前記スクリュ(2)の回転数を調節することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載した方法。
- 前記押出すべき合成樹脂材料により前記ハウジングの内壁面(12)に加えられる前記圧力(P1、P2)を測定するのに当たり、前記圧力(P1、P2)を、前記ハウジングの内壁面(12)又はその近傍領域で測定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載した方法。
- 前記押出機(S)に再利用のために供給される合成樹脂材料は、前記第1圧力信号(P1)及び必要により第2圧力信号(P2)に応じて、カッター付きコンパクター、反応器又は貯蔵容器から、量制御可能に供給し、及び/又は、顔料、混合剤、フィラー、繊維、軟化剤及び/又は漂白剤を、押出前に添加することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載した方法。
- 前記合成樹脂材料は、合成樹脂材料の廃棄物であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載した方法。
- 前記スクリュ(2)の充填量及び/又は回転数を、第1及び必要により第2圧力測定信号(P1、P2)に応じて調節することによって、前記ハウジング(1)内で、充填比率及び/又は嵩密度が、一定になり又は一定に設定され、及び/又は、前記圧力(P1、P2)が、低下した場合には、充填量を増大し、及び/又は、前記押出機(S)の回転数を減少させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載した方法。
- 前記第1圧力測定信号(P1)を、必要に応じてレギュレータを介して、制御ユニット(4)に送り、これにより、充填ユニット(13)、制御アクチュエータ又は調節自在なモータ(3)を調節することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1に記載した方法。
- 前記第1圧力測定信号(P1)を、前記スクリュ(2)のスクリュ深さ(G)が、減少し始める箇所から、L=(1乃至16)×Dの距離範囲において測定し、及び/又は、第2圧力測定信号P2を、充填口(11)の下流端(9)から、L=(0.1乃至10)×Dの距離範囲において測定し、又は、ポリアミン類のようにエネルギ量が高い部分的に結晶化した材料の押出中は、前記第1圧力測定信号(P1)を、前記充填口(11)の前記下流端(9)から、L=(1乃至20)×Dの距離又は範囲において測定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1に記載した方法。
- 前記合成樹脂材料が、ポリオレフィン類であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載した方法。
- 前記第1圧力測定信号(P 1 )を、前記スクリュ(2)のスクリュ深さ(G)が、減少し始める箇所から、L=(4乃至10)×Dの距離範囲において測定し、及び/又は、第2圧力測定信号P 2 を、充填口(11)の下流端(9)から、L=(0.5乃至5)×Dの距離範囲において測定し、又は、ポリアミン類のようにエネルギ量が高い部分的に結晶化した材料の押出中は、前記第1圧力測定信号(P 1 )を、前記充填口(11)の前記下流端(9)から、L=(5乃至15)xDの距離又は範囲において測定することを特徴とする請求項9に記載した方法。
- ハウジング(1)内で回転する少なくとも1個のスクリュ(2)を備え、材料供給のために、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1に記載の方法を実施するために、上方から又は側方から前記ハウジング内に取り込まれる、充填口(11)を備え、少なくとも1個の圧力測定ユニット(6、7)が、前記ハウジング(1)内に供給される合成樹脂材料により加えられる第1圧力を測定するために、前記スクリュ(2)の供給領域(EB)内に設けられる押出機において、前記第1圧力測定ユニット(6)は、前記合成樹脂材料が、軟化するが、まだすっかり溶融はしていない前記ハウジング(1)の領域(A)内に、すなわち、前記スクリュ(2)のコア径(D)が、増大し始める、及び/又は、前記スクリュ(2)の螺旋深さ(G)が、減少し始める、前記スクリュ(2)の領域(A)内に設けられ、前記圧力測定信号は、制御ユニット(4)に送られ、圧力測定信号(P1)に応じて、前記制御ユニットが、前記スクリュ(2)の充填量を制御することを特徴とする押出機。
- 少なくとも1個の第2圧力測定ユニット(7)が、前記スクリュ(2)のコア径(D)が、一定である、前記充填口(11)の下流であって前記ハウジング(1)の領域(E)内に又は箇所で、及び/又は、前記合成樹脂材料が、そのビカー温度(Tc)±(Tcの15%)に整合する温度を有する、領域内で又は箇所で設けられることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載した押出機。
- 前記圧力測定ユニット(6又は7)は、前記ハウジング(1)の前記内壁面(12)に、又は前記領域に設けられ、及び/又は、前記圧力測定装置(6又は7)は、制御ユニット(4)に取り付けられることにより、前記押出機(S)に設けた充填ユニット(13)及び必要に応じて前記スクリュ(2)に設けた駆動ユニット(15)を制御できるようにし、及び/又は、前記圧力測定ユニット(6又は7)の圧力測定信号(P1又はP2)が、前記駆動ユニット(15)又は前記押出機のスクリュ(2)のモータに取り付けられた制御ユニット(4)に送られて、前記駆動ユニット(15)又は前記モータの回転を調節することを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載した押出機。
- 第1圧力測定ユニット(6)は、前記充填口(11)の下流端(9)から、L=(1乃至20)×D、の距離範囲に設けられ、又は第1圧力測定ユニット(6)は、前記充填口(11)の下流端から、L=(1乃至16)×Dの距離範囲に設けられ、及び/又は、第2圧力測定ユニット(7)は、前記充填口(11)の下流端(9)から、L=(0.1乃至10)×Dの距離範囲に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項12乃至14のいずれか1に記載した押出機。
- 前記押出すべき合成樹脂材料が、 ポリアミド類のようにエネルギ量が高い部分的に結晶化した材料であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載した押出機。
- 第1圧力測定ユニット(6)は、前記充填口(11)の下流端(9)から、L=(5乃至15)xDの距離範囲に設けられ、又は、ポリオレフィン類を押出すには、第1圧力測定ユニット(6)は、前記充填口(11)の下流端から、L=(4乃至10)×Dの距離範囲に設けられ、及び/又は、第2圧力測定ユニット(7)は、前記充填口(11)の下流端(9)から、L=(0.5乃至5)×Dの距離範囲に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載した押出機。
- 前記押出機(S)は、前段に設けられた、貯蔵所、カッター付きコンパクター、反応器の、合成樹脂材料用送込みユニット(14)を備え、前記送込みユニット(14)と前記押出機(S)との間には、前記制御器(4)により制御される前記充填ユニット(13)が、設けられ、及び/又は、前記充填ユニット(13)は、閉塞ユニット、アクチュエータ若しくはモータ(3)により調節可能なスライダ(8)、又は、調節自在なカバーを備え、これにより、前記充填口(11)又は充填スリーブの断面積が、制御ユニット(4)により送られる圧力信号に応じて変化できるようにされ、及び/又は、供給スクリュ又は区画室を備えた車輪型弁体が、前記押出機(S)の前記充填ユニット(13)として設けられ、前記充填ユニットの送り込み量又は回転数を前記制御ユニット(4)を介して制御又は変更することによって変更可能になっており、及び/又は、前記充填ユニット(13)の材料送り込みラインが、前記スクリュ(2)の前記ハウジング(1)の前記充填開口(11)に直接取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項12乃至17のいずれか1に記載した押出機。
