Description
ラベル基材10が貼り付けられた後のセキュリティ対象物(ラベル貼付セキュリティ対象物)には、上述のように大バルクハウゼン効果を有する磁性ワイヤが含まれる場合、磁界中にラベル貼付セキュリティ対象物が置かれた場合に、磁性ワイヤに発生する電気的信号(例えば、図6に例示するパルス信号など)を、検出装置により検出することで、ラベル貼付セキュリティ対象物の存在が確認される。
ラベル基材(富士ゼロックス製C2紙、坪量70g/m2、大きさA4)の一方の面に、接着剤(アクリル系、東亞合成株式会社製、HV−C9500)をバーを用いて塗工した。一方、剥離紙(リンテック製EN80シロP、坪量80g/m2、大きさA4)の一方の面の上に、直線形状の磁性ワイヤ(Feベース、直径35μm)を、図3のように対向する短辺をつなぐ直線の上にのるように配置し、その上から接着剤を塗工したラベル基材を貼り合わせて、ラベル基材と、剥離紙と、ラベル基材と剥離紙との間に形成された粘着層とを有するラベル用紙を作製した。磁性ワイヤの短辺端部からの距離Rは0.2mm、0.3mm、1mm、2mm、3mm、4mmとした。
ラベル基材として、王子製紙社製OKプリンス(坪量104g/m2、大きさA4)を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様にしてラベル用紙を作製した。磁性ワイヤの短辺端部からの距離Rは0.2mm、0.3mm、1mm、2mm、3mm、4mmとした。
剥離紙として、王子製紙社製64EVS(坪量64g/m2、大きさA4)を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様にしてラベル用紙を作製した。磁性ワイヤの短辺端部からの距離Rは0.2mm、0.3mm、1mm、2mm、3mm、4mmとした。
ラベル基材として、王子製紙社製OKプリンス(坪量104g/m2、大きさA4)を、剥離紙として、王子製紙社製64EVS(坪量64g/m2、大きさA4)を使用し、磁性ワイヤとして、サイン波形状の磁性ワイヤ(Feベース、直径45μm)を、図5のように対向する短辺をつなぐサイン波の線の上にのるように配置した以外は、実施例1と同様にしてラベル用紙を作製した。磁性ワイヤの短辺端部からの距離Rは0.2mm、0.3mm、1mm、2mm、3mm、4mmとした。

実施例1〜6、比較例1,2のラベル用紙を、画像形成装置(富士ゼロックス製、DocuCentreColor6550I)の定着装置に厚紙モードで画像を定着させた。磁性ワイヤのラベル用紙端部からの露出を、ラベル用紙の短辺端部を手で触れることにより、以下の基準で評価した。結果を表1に示す。
○:触ってもワイヤの露出を感じない
△:触るとワイヤの露出を感じるが、気にならない
×:触るとワイヤの露出による痛みを感じる
Claims (1)
- ラベル基材と、剥離紙と、前記ラベル基材と前記剥離紙との間に形成された粘着層と、を有するカット紙であって、
前記ラベル基材と前記剥離紙との間にワイヤが配置されており、
前記ワイヤが、大バルクハウゼン効果を有する磁性ワイヤであり、
前記カット紙の1辺に沿って前記ラベル基材、粘着層およびワイヤが、切断後のそれぞれのワイヤの長さが10mm以上となるように、0.4mm以内の幅の切れ目で切断されて複数のラベル小片が形成され、
切断前の状態において、前記カット紙の1辺から0.2mm以上4mm以下の位置と、当該1辺と対向する辺から0.2mm以上4mm以下の位置とに両端部を有する前記ワイヤが切断されることにより、前記複数のラベル小片のうち前記1辺を含むラベル小片に配置された前記ワイヤの当該1辺側の端部は、前記1辺から0.2mm以上4mm以下の位置にあり、前記対向する辺を含むラベル小片に配置された前記ワイヤの当該対向する辺側の端部は、前記対向する辺から0.2mm以上4mm以下の位置にあることを特徴とする電子写真方式の画像形成装置用ラベル用紙。
