Description
Claims (4)
- 一方の面に形成された上方から見て略矩形状をした凹部と該凹部が形成されていない上方から見て略コ字状をした無形成部とから成る基板と、
前記基板の前記凹部に配置された発光ダイオードと、
前記基板の前記無形成部に配置された一対の給電部材と、
前記基板に形成され前記発光ダイオードと前記一対の給電部材とをそれぞれ接続する接続部とを備え、
前記発光ダイオードが配置された凹部の一つの端縁が前記基板の一つの側縁に一致するようにした
ことを特徴とする光源モジュール。 - 前記基板に導電性を有しない絶縁部と導電性を有する導電部とを積層状に設け、
前記一対の給電部材と前記基板の側縁との間にそれぞれ一定の隙間を形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光源モジュール。 - 灯室に配置された光源モジュールと該光源モジュールから出射された光に対して所定の機能を発揮する光学部材とを備えた車輌用灯具であって、
前記光源モジュールは、
一方の面に形成された上方から見て略矩形状をした凹部と該凹部が形成されていない上方から見て略コ字状をした無形成部とから成る基板と、
前記基板の前記凹部に配置された発光ダイオードと、
前記基板の前記無形成部に配置された一対の給電部材と、
前記基板に形成され前記発光ダイオードと前記一対の給電部材とをそれぞれ接続する接続部とを備え、
前記発光ダイオードが配置された凹部の一つの端縁が前記基板の一つの側縁に一致するようにした
ことを特徴とする車輌用灯具。 - ベース基板を基板の形成数及び大きさに応じた数の領域に区画し、
前記領域の二つを一組として該二つの領域に跨る上方から見て略矩形状をした凹状部を、凹状部が二つの領域のそれぞれにおいて半分ずつの面積を占めるように切削加工によって形成し、
前記ベース基板を前記各領域に切断して前記基板を形成するとともに、前記凹状部を分断して上方から見て略矩形状をした二つの凹部を形成すると同時に、該凹部が形成されていない上方から見て略コ字状をした二つの無形成部を形成し、
前記凹部に給電部材に接続された発光ダイオードを配置する
ことを特徴とする光源モジュールの製造方法。
