Claims (6)
- 차량용 등기구에 이용되어, 방열체에 형성된 위치 결정면에 충돌되어 위치 결정된 상태로 방열체에 고정되는 발광 모듈로서,직사각 형상으로 형성되는 동시에 외주면 중 하나의 측면이 방열체의 위치 결정면에 충돌되는 충돌면으로서 형성되고, 두께 방향에 있어서의 한쪽 면이 소자 배치면으로서 형성되며, 두께 방향에 있어서의 다른 쪽 면이 방열체에 면접촉되어 방열을 행하는 방열면으로서 형성된 세라믹 기판과;상기 세라믹 기판에 형성된 소정의 도전 패턴과;반도체 발광 소자를 가지며, 상기 세라믹 기판의 소자 배치면에 배치되어 도전 패턴에 접속된 발광부와;상기 세라믹 기판에 형성되어 도전 패턴을 통해 반도체 발광 소자에 접속된 한 쌍의 면형 전극부를 포함하고, 상기 한 쌍의 면형 전극부는 적어도 일부가 세라믹 기판의 소자 배치면에 노출된 노출 영역이 되며,한 쌍의 면형 전극부의 노출 영역이 소자 배치면의 외주부 중 충돌면에 연속되는 부분 이외의 부분에 위치하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 면형 전극부를 각각 반도체 발광 소자를 사이에 두고 반대측에 위치하는 외주부에 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 모듈.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 면형 전극부의 일부를 절연층으로 덮어 세라믹 기판의 소자 배치면에 노출되지 않는 비노출 영역을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 모듈.
- 램프 하우징 내에 배치된 발광 모듈의 반도체 발광 소자로부터 출사된 광이 투광 렌즈에 의해 조명광으로서 조사되는 차량용 등기구로서,위치 결정면을 가지며, 소정의 금속 재료에 의해 형성된 방열체와;직사각 형상으로 형성되는 동시에 외주면 중 하나의 측면이 방열체의 위치 결정면에 충돌되는 충돌면으로서 형성되고, 두께 방향에 있어서의 한쪽 면이 소자 배치면으로서 형성되며, 두께 방향에 있어서의 다른 쪽 면이 방열체에 면접촉되어 방열을 행하는 방열면으로서 형성된 세라믹 기판과;상기 세라믹 기판에 형성된 소정의 도전 패턴과;반도체 발광 소자를 가지며, 상기 세라믹 기판의 소자 배치면에 배치되어 도전 패턴에 접속된 발광부와;상기 세라믹 기판에 형성되어 도전 패턴을 통해 반도체 발광 소자에 접속된 한 쌍의 면형 전극부와;상기 세라믹 기판을 유지하고, 한 쌍의 면형 전극부 및 도전 패턴을 통해 반도체 발광 소자로의 급전을 행하는 급전용 어태치먼트와;반도체 발광 소자로부터 출사된 광을 조명광으로서 조사하는 광학 부재를 포함하고, 상기 한 쌍의 면형 전극부는 적어도 일부가 세라믹 기판의 소자 배치면에 노출된 노출 영역이 되며,한 쌍의 면형 전극부의 노출 영역이 소자 배치면의 외주부 중 충돌면에 연속되는 부분 이외의 부분에 위치하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 등기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 면형 전극부는 양 전극부와 음 전극부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 모듈.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 면형 전극부는 양 전극부와 음 전극부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 등기구.
