Claims (8)
- 低直流内部抵抗及び低等価直列抵抗を有する電気二重層キャパシタを動力電源とし、該動力電源が搭載されて、瞬時に開閉可能なソレノイドバルブであって、
前記電気二重層キャパシタは、単セルの電気特性が、静電容量が1〜5Fであって、定格電圧2.1〜2.7Vで、直流内部抵抗が0.01〜0.1Ω、且つ、1kHzでの等価直列抵抗が0.03〜0.09Ωであり、
前記動力電源は、電気二重層キャパシタによって構成されてソレノイドに駆動電力を供給するための充電電源、及び、外部指令に基づいて前記充電電源からソレノイドに供給される駆動電力を制御する制御回路をユニット化し、バルブ本体と一体的に取り付けられたケーシングに収容され、
前記制御回路は、前記充電電源に接続されてソレノイドに起動電流を供給するための第1の放電ラインと、前記充電電源に接続されてソレノイドコイルに可動鉄心を吸着させた状態を保持させる保持電流を供給するための第2の放電ラインと、該第2の放電ラインに介在された降圧用コンバータと、前記第1の放電ラインと前記第2の放電ラインとを切り換えて前記ソレノイドに電力供給するスイッチ回路と、前記スイッチ回路のスイッチ動作をタイミング制御するタイミング回路とを有することを特徴とする、前記ソレノイドバルブ。 - 前記動力電源が内蔵されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソレノイドバルブ。
- 前記電気二重層キャパシタは、比表面積が1〜500m2/gのグラッシーカーボンにより形成された分極性電極を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のソレノイドバルブ。
- 通電時にバルブが開となり、非通電時にはスプリングの力でバルブが閉となるノーマルクローズタイプ、または、通電時にバルブが閉となり、非通電時にはスプリングの力でバルブが開となるノーマルオープンタイプであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のソレノイドバルブ。
- 前記制御回路は、通電時に最大電流を流し、ソレノイドのプランジャがソレノイドコイルに吸着した後は、前記スプリングの力よりも大きな吸引力を保持するようにソレノイド駆動電流を流すことにより、ソレノイドの発熱を抑制することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のソレノイドバルブ。
- バルブ開閉時間が10m秒以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のソレノイドバルブ。
- 前記動力電源は、前記電気二重層キャパシタが前記ソレノイドの上部に配設され、該電気二重層キャパシタの電極端子が第1プリント配線板に半田付けされて搭載され、該第1プリント配線板は前記ケーシングの内径より僅かに小さい直径の外周面を有し、該第1プリント配線板の前記電気二重層キャパシタ搭載面と反対側の面に第2プリント配線板が立設固定され、該第2プリント配線板に前記制御回路が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のソレノイドバルブ。
- 前記動力電源は、前記ソレノイド上に支持部材によって支持された第1プリント配線板と、前記支持部材によって該第1プリント配線板の上段に該第1プリント配線板と平行に支持された第2プリント配線板とを備え、前記第1プリント配線板の下面に前記電気二重層キャパシタが半田付けにより固定され、前記第2プリント配線板に前記制御回路が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のソレノイドバルブ。
