Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1つの充填層と封入体底部に液体及び気体の混合物を供給する手段とを備える封入体であって、該封入体が前記混合物の液相及び気相を分離するシステムを備え、該システムが前記充填層と前記混合物供給手段との間に配置され、及び該システムが、脱気された液体用の流通手段と解放されたガス用の排出手段とを含むハウジングを備えており、前記脱気された液体用の流通手段が、ハウジングの下部においてハウジング周壁に設けられた孔によって構成され、前記解放されたガス用の排出手段がハウジングの上端壁に配置されると共に圧力低下発生手段を含む気体排出パイプからなり、さらに、前記ハウジングが、気液分離を増大させるために混合物供給手段の反対側に配置されたプレートを備えることを特徴とする、封入体。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記ハウジング内部に配置されかつ前記混合物供給手段に連結された供給ラインを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の封入体。
- 前記圧力低下発生手段が、少なくとも1つの側方開口部を前記気体排出パイプ上に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の封入体。
- 前記気体排出パイプの一端が、前記ハウジング内部に配置され、前記少なくとも1つの側方開口部が、前記気体排出パイプの一端部上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の封入体。
- 前記圧力低下発生手段が、前記気体排出パイプの断面の縮小部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の封入体。
- 前記ハウジングが、気体を封入体の区間全体に沿って分配させる、気体排出パイプに連通する解放済み気体ディスパッチャーを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の封入体。
- 前記解放済み気体ディスパッチャーが、気体拡散ノズルを備えた少なくとも1つの放射状アームを備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の封入体。
- 前記封入体が、封入体の断面を占める実質的に水平なプレートと、前記プレートを通る中空チューブと、前記プレートの2側面を連通させるようにこのプレート上に設けた孔とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の封入体。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の封入体を用いる、流体供給原料処理方法。
