Description
本発明に記載された機器は、ろ過媒体を含む事前分配板によって、気液併行下降流態様で操作する反応器の液体仕込原料を構成する液体の流れに含まれる閉塞性粒子を捕捉することができる。
・ 直径d0を有するオリフィス(7)により孔空けされたプレート(1)、これは実質的に水平であって、反応器の壁面と一体化されており、その上には実質的に垂直なベンツ(3)が固定されており、ベンツは、それらの上端に開口して気体を受け入れ、それらの下端において前記気体を排出し、前記板は、ベンツ(3)を取り巻くろ過床(2)を支持している;
・ 液体オーバーフローとしての役割を果たす少なくとも1本の管(4)(「オーバーフロー管」と呼ばれる)、これはベンツ(3)の上端のレベルの下方に位置する上方レベルから下流の分配器板の基部から距離Diに位置する下方レベルまで実質的に垂直に延び、Diは300mm未満、好ましくは200mm未満である。
好ましくは、それぞれのオーバーフロー管(4)の上側部分は、ろ過床(2)の内側に含まれるように留まっている。ろ過床(2)の上側レベルでフラッシュするオーバーフロー管(4)の特定の場合は、本発明の範囲内に完全に包含される。
図1および2を参照しながら、本発明を説明する。
・ ろ過床の全高の25%を示す上側層:ACT 068タイプの粒子からなり、25mmサイズである;
・ ろ過床の全高の25%を示す中間層:ACT 108タイプの粒子からなり、8mmサイズである;
・ ろ過床の全高の50%を示す下側層:触媒粒子のサイズ以下のサイズを有する不活性粒子からなる。
・ 第1の層I:厚さ100mmであり、不活性なACT 068タイプの直径25mmのビーズによって構成されている;
・ 第2の層II:厚さ100mmであり、不活性なACT 108タイプの直径8mmのビーズで構成されている;
・ 第3の層III:厚さ200mmであり、直径2mmの触媒粒子で構成されている;
・ 第4の層IV:直径6.3mmのアルミナビーズである。
以下の実施例は、2種の構成の選択的水素化反応器の間を比較する例である:
・ 構成A:単一の分配器板を有する;
・ 構成B:構成Aの分配器板を有するが、それに先行して、本発明によるオーバーフロー管を有する事前分配板を有する。
・ 前記板にわたって規則的に分布させられた、直径50mmの10本のベンツ;
・ 直径45mmのオリフィスを備えた、直径50mmの1本のオーバーフロー管;
・ 厚さ40cmの下側層と厚さ10cmの上側層とによって構成されるろ過床。
Claims (5)
- 気液併行下降流態様で操作する触媒反応器のための供給物を構成する気相および液相をろ過および事前分配するための機器であって、液相は、閉塞性粒子を含み、前記機器は、「下流」分配器板と称される分配器板(10)の上流に位置し、
・ 3〜6mmの範囲の直径(d0)を有するオリフィス(7)により孔空けされた板(1);これは、実質的に水平であり、反応器の壁と一体化されており、該板の上に実質的に垂直なチムニーズ(3)が、床断面の面積(m 2 )当たり30〜100本/m 2 (床断面面積)の範囲の密度で固定され、該チムニーズ(3)は、それらの上端において開口して気体を受け入れ、それらの下端において気体を排出し、前記板(1)は、チムニーズ(3)を取り囲むろ過床(2)を支持し、チムニーズ(3)は、ろ過床(2)の上側レベルを、5〜100mmの範囲の高さ(Hc)で超え、前記板(1)を下流の分配器板(10)から分離している距離(Dc)は、前記板(1)が、下流の分配器板(10)の最上部から高くとも50mmに位置するようにされている;
・ オーバーフローとしての役割を果たす少なくとも1本の管(4)(オーバーフロー管(4)と称される):これは、70〜250mmの範囲の直径(Dt)を有し、かつ、チムニーズ(3)の上端のレベルの下方に位置しかつろ過床(2)の内部に含まれた状態に留まる上側レベルから下流の分配器板の基部から上方へ距離(Di)に位置する下側レベルまで実質的に垂直に延び、(Di)は、300mm未満であり、オーバーフロー管の出口オリフィスの直径(ds)は30〜300mmの範囲である;

前記ろ過床(2)は、上側の第一層が10〜30mmの範囲の直径を有する不活性粒子により構成され、下側の第二層が2〜10mm範囲の直径を有する不活性粒子により構成された、粒子の少なくとも2層により構成され、ろ過床の全高(Ht)は、200〜600mmの範囲である、機器。 - 各オーバーフロー管(4)の上側部分は、気体の進入を制限するキャップを備え、その直径は、前記オーバーフロー管の直径(Dt)より少なくとも10mm大きい、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 距離(Di)が200mm未満である、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 水素化処理反応器、選択的水素化装置、残油転化反応器または3〜50個の炭素原子を含む炭化水素留分を転化するための反応器における、請求項1に記載の機器の使用。
