以下、本発明の第1の実施形態に係るベルト装置31に設けられたベルト35Aの構成及び評価について、図6及び図7と表1を参照しながら説明する。
以下、本発明の第2の実施形態に係るベルト装置31に設けられたベルトの構成及び評価について、図8及び図9と表2を参照しながら説明する。なお、図8及び表2は複数種類のベルトにおける基層表面及びコート後の鏡面度に係る評価結果をそれぞれ模式図と一覧表で示したものである。また、図9は異なる鏡面度のベルトに転写された各トナー画像のトナー濃度に対する検出値の模式図である。

Claims (5)
- 少なくとも2層以上から形成され、現像ユニットにおいて現像された現像剤画像を担持可能な無端状のベルトと、
前記ベルトの内周面の一端に付勢し前記ベルトを回動させる駆動部材と、
前記ベルトの内周面の他端に付勢し前記ベルトに従動して回動する従動部材と、
前記現像剤画像を前記ベルトに転写させる転写部材とを有し、
前記ベルトは100nm乃至500nmの膜厚を有する最表層のコート層が、鏡面度が20乃至60の基層の表面に形成されていること
を特徴とする転写ユニット。 - 前記基層の鏡面度は、40乃至60であること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の転写ユニット。 - 前記コート層は、ポリマーから形成されること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の転写ユニット。 - 前記コート層は、ポリアクリルウレタンから形成されること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の転写ユニット。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の転写ユニットを有すること
を特徴とする画像形成装置。
