Claims (12)
- a)セラミック素地(11)を形成するステップ(22)と;
b)装飾(13)用のパターンをそれぞれ形成する少なくとも1つの100μmの最小深さ(P)を有し、縁部を有さない内側表面を含む凹部(12)を前記セラミック素地(11)の一表面(F)にレーザによってエッチングするステップ(23)と;
c)前記少なくとも1つの凹部を含む前記表面(F)全体を覆うように約50nmの第1の層(14)を付着させるステップ(24、25)と;
d)前記第1の層(14)を覆うために、前記少なくとも1つの凹部を含む前記表面(F)全体を覆うように約50nmの第2の電気伝導層(15)を付着させるステップ(26)と;
e)前記少なくとも1つの凹部を完全に充填するために前記第2の導電層(15)から金属材料(16)を電着させるステップ(27)と;
f)前記少なくとも1つの凹部の窪みを除いて前記セラミック素地(11)の表面からすべての前記被覆物(14、15、16)を除去するステップ(28)と
を含む、象嵌を施されたセラミック要素(10)を製造する方法。 - ステップa)が焼結によって達成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記第1の層(14)がCr、Cr2N、TiN、TiW、Ni、NiP、Cu、TiまたはZrの層であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- ステップd)が気相成長法によって達成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の電気伝導層(15)が、付着性および良好な電気伝導性を有しさらには前記直流電気めっき(16)に近い色を有するために、金および/または銅および/または銀および/またはインジウムおよび/または白金および/またはパラジウムおよび/またはニッケルを含む、ことを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップe)の間に析出される前記金属材料(16)が金および/または銅および/または銀および/またはインジウムおよび/または白金および/またはパラジウムおよび/またはニッケルを含む、ことを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
