Claims (4)
- 作動時間(t)、ブレーキ作動圧力(p)、ブレーキ・ライニングと可動ブレーキ要素との間の相対速度(u)、並びにこの範囲内で支配している温度(θ)が、摩耗モデルにおいて、相互摩擦部材、特にブレーキ・ライニングの初期厚さから、前記摩耗モデルで特定された摩耗量(V)が減算されるように考慮される、車両摩擦ブレーキの少なくとも1つの相互摩擦部材、特に車両ブレーキ装置のブレーキ・ライニングの厚さのモニタ方法において、
モニタリングが車両の各車輪に対して個々に行われること、および
ブレーキ・ライニング内に、少なくとも1つの摩耗マークが設けられ、このマークに到達したときに、前記摩耗モデル内に存在する実際のブレーキ・ライニングの厚さが、それに対応して補正されること、
を特徴とする、車両摩擦ブレーキの少なくとも1つの相互摩擦部材、特に車両ブレーキ装置のブレーキ・ライニングの厚さのモニタ方法。 - ブレーキ・ライニングの厚さの補正のほかに、前記摩耗モデルに対する多項式に適切な乗算の補正係数を取り入れることにより、前記摩耗モデルの補正も行われることを特徴とする請求項2のモニタ方法。
- 前記相互摩擦部材、特にブレーキ・ライニングの残余厚さから、交換までに存在するその残余寿命が、評価モデルにおいて決定且つ指示されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかのモニタ方法。
