Description
前記物理的値用のセンサと、
2つの開口部の間に延在する内部通路、
前記内部通路の壁を形成した、圧力センサ用の可撓性膜を備える、前記管内に挿入するためのコネクタと、
前記センサを前記コネクタ上に固定する手段とを備える装置であって、
前記センサは、前記センサの感知部が前記膜の方に向けられた状態で前記コネクタに、固定される温度センサであることを特徴とした装置を提供する。
前記センサは赤外線温度プローブと、前記プローブを封入し、開口部が設けられた剛性板を一方の長手方向端部に備える鞘とを備え、前記剛性板は前記膜を硬化するように前記膜と前記感知部の間に配設され、
前記センサは不透明のフィルムから形成された塞栓蓋を備え、前記塞栓蓋は前記膜の方に向けられた前記剛性板の面を覆い、
前記装置は、前記塞栓蓋が前記膜の面と接触するように前記センサを前記コネクタに対して位置決めする手段を備え、
前記位置決め手段はカラーと当接して協働するように適合されたショルダを備え、
前記塞栓蓋は摂氏4度から40度の温度範囲で一定の放射率を有し、
前記鞘はねじ締めによって一緒に組み立てられたカップとキャップを備え、
前記キャップは前記剛性板によって後部が形成された臀部を備え、
前記プローブは収束レンズを収容する頭部を備え、
前記固定手段はねじ山と協働するように適合されたねじ切りを備え、および/または
前記コネクタは使い捨て可能であるが、前記センサは再使用可能である。

Claims (11)
- 管内を流れる液体の物理的値を、前記液体と接触せずに判定する装置にして、
前記物理的値用のセンサ(3)と、
2つの開口部(11、12)の間に延在する内部通路(13)、
前記内部通路(13)の壁を形成した、圧力センサ(100)用の可撓性膜(6)を備える、前記管内に挿入するためのコネクタ(2)と、
前記センサ(3)を前記コネクタ(2)内に固定する手段(27、62)とを備える装置であって、
前記センサが、前記センサ(3)の感知部が前記膜(6)の方に向けられた状態で、前記コネクタ(2)に固定された温度センサ(3)であることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記センサ(3)が赤外線温度プローブ(40)と、前記プローブ(40)を封入し、開口部(57)が設けられた剛性板(58)を一方の長手方向端部に備える鞘(41)とを備え、前記剛性板が、前記膜(6)を硬化するように前記膜(6)と前記感知部の間に配設されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記センサ(3)が不透明のフィルムから形成された塞栓蓋(42)を備え、前記塞栓蓋(42)が前記膜(6)の方に向けられた前記剛性板(58)の面を覆うことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記塞栓蓋(42)が前記膜(6)の面(32)と接触するように、前記センサ(3)を前記コネクタ(2)に対して位置決めする手段(28、56)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記位置決め手段がカラー(56)と当接して協働するように適合されたショルダ(28)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記塞栓蓋(42)が摂氏4度から40度の温度範囲で一定の放射率を有することを特徴とする、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記鞘(41)がねじ締めによって一緒に組み立てられたカップ(41a)とキャップ(41b)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記キャップ(41b)が、前記剛性板(58)によって後部が形成された臀部(55)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記プローブ(40)が集束レンズを収容する頭部(46)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記固定手段がねじ山(62)と協働するように適合されたねじ切り部(27)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記コネクタ(2)が使い捨て可能であるが、前記センサ(3)が再使用可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
