Claims (7)
- 少なくとも一つの使い捨て式センサーアセンブリを備える使い捨て式センサーシステムであって、
前記使い捨て式センサーアセンブリは、ネジ式キャップと、前記ネジ式キャップに固着された屈折率(IoR)センサーであって、屈折率に基づいて化学物質濃度を測定し、前記化学物質濃度を表すデータの取得を行うように構成される屈折率(IoR)センサーとを含み、前記使い捨て式センサーアセンブリは、前記ネジ式キャップの外面と螺合可能なネジ状の内径部を有するポートアセンブリを介して使い捨てポリマーバッグ容器に固定されており、前記ポートアセンブリは、当該ポートアセンブリに一体化されたポート光学窓を有し、かつ、前記使い捨て式センサーアセンブリは、前記ポート光学窓の外面において前記使い捨てポリマーバッグ容器に固定されており、
前記IoRセンサーは、少なくとも一つの前記IoRセンサーから前記化学物質濃度を表す前記データを受け取るように構成された制御・データ通信システムに結合されるように構成されていることを特徴とする、使い捨て式センサーシステム。 - 前記ポートアセンブリは、ガンマ線に対して安定な材料で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使い捨て式センサーシステム。
- 前記IoRセンサーが前記使い捨てセンサーアセンブリの前記ネジ式キャップにポッティングされており、前記ネジ式キャップはガンマ線により殺菌処理されたポリマー材料から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使い捨て式センサーシステム。
- 屈折率(IoR)整合材が前記ポート光学窓の前記外面と前記IoRセンサーとの間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使い捨て式センサーシステム。
- 前記IoR整合材が前記ポート光学窓の屈曲率と整合することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の使い捨て式センサーシステム。
- 前記ポートアセンブリは、前記ポート光学窓の内面が前記使い捨てポリマーバッグ容器の内側に露出するように、前記使い捨てポリマーバッグ容器と一体化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使い捨て式センサーシステム。
- 前記ポート光学窓に配置された第1の熱センサーと、前記IoRセンサーの回路基板に配置された第2の熱センサーとをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使い捨て式センサーシステム。
