Description
或いはマーカー物質(5)は、抗体、酵素、無機酸化剤、無機還元剤、金属イオン及び金属イオン錯体、タンパク質、ペプチド、ポリマー、炭水化物、補足因子、血液凝固因子、ホルモン、細菌、細胞、ウイルス、真菌、酵母、芽胞、ファージ、細胞小器官、DNA、RNA、凝固抑制物質、抗生物質、界面活性剤並びに活性洗浄剤をベースとする、光学的な、電気的な、又は放射性の試薬からなることを特徴とする。用いられるマーカー物質(5)は、実施される分析内容に依存するとともに、一般に公知の、十分に立証された機能を有し、そうした機能としては、測定対象の生体物質又は化学物質との相互作用、及び検出器によって感知することのできる定量化可能な物理的(光学的な、電気的な、放射性の、又は磁気的な)変化の生成が含まれる。
Claims (16)
- 一定量の試料容積の試料を生化学的に処理及び分析するための装置であって、
密封容器(1)と、毛細管ホルダとを具備し、
前記密封容器は、少なくとも1枚の貫通可能な薄膜(2)を備え、前記薄膜を貫通して、前記一定量の試料容積の試料を含む毛細管(3)が前記密封容器(1)内に入り込むことができ、
前記密封容器(1)は、少なくとも1種類の生化学的に反応性の物質(4)と、液体(6)と、少なくとも1種類のマーカー物質(5)と、底部沈殿物を形成する担体粒子(7)とを、収容物質として含み、
前記毛細管ホルダは、アーム(9)を有し、前記アーム(9)に前記毛細管(3)が装着され、及び前記アーム(9)を用いて前記毛細管(3)が前記貫通可能な薄膜(2)に貫通され、前記密封容器(1)内に挿入されて、前記試料と収容物質とが混合され、
前記アーム(9)が円錐形状の外径拡径部(10)を有し、前記毛細管(3)の挿入後、外径拡径部によって前記アーム(9)が貫通された後の前記貫通可能な薄膜の開口部が封止され、
前記容器(1)は、中の収容物品と前記試料との混合を促進するための少なくとも1つの内部ウィング(13)を備え、
前記マーカー物質(5)は、超常磁性ナノ粒子、抗体を誘導体化した超常磁性ナノ粒子、タンパク質を誘導体化した超常磁性ナノ粒子、ポリマーを誘導体化した超常磁性ナノ粒子、ペプチドを誘導体化した超常磁性ナノ粒子、DNA又はRNAを誘導体化した超常磁性ナノ粒子、炭水化物を誘導体化した超常磁性ナノ粒子から選ばれた、磁気的に影響を及ぼすことが可能な試薬か、
前記マーカー物質(5)は、抗体、酵素、無機酸化剤、無機還元剤、金属イオン
及び金属イオン錯体、タンパク質、ペプチド、ポリマー、炭水化物、補足因子、血液凝固
因子、ホルモン、細菌、細胞、ウイルス、真菌、酵母、芽胞、ファージ、細胞小器官、D
NA、RNA、凝固抑制物質、抗生物質、界面活性剤及び活性洗浄剤をベースとする、光
学的な、電気的な、又は放射性の試薬からなることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの内部ウィング(13)は、0.2〜5mmの範囲の長さ及び幅と
、0.2〜5mmの範囲の厚さとを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記密封容器は、前記薄膜(2)を囲んで、前記アームの前記薄膜への貫通を容易にするようにアームを案内する筒状のカラー(8)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記アーム(9)は、前記毛細管(3)を支持するか、前記アーム(9)に前記毛細管(3)が形成されているかであることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記アーム(9)は、孔の形態か、或いは前記毛細管(3)と平行に延在する間隙の形
態のエアベント(11)を有し、このエアベントを通じて均圧化が起こることにより、前記毛細管(3)が充填されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記毛細管ホルダは、前記密封容器のためのキャップ(12)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記密封容器(1)と、前記貫通可能な薄膜(2)と、前記毛細管ホルダと、前記毛細管(3)とは、透明/不透明ポリマー、Delrin、Perspex、POM、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリフッ化ビニル、Teflon(登録商標)、ポリアミド、ポリアセタール、ナイロン、ポリエチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリスチレン、及びポリプロピレンから選ばれた材料、或いは、ガラス、ゴム、木材、紙及び金属から選ばれた材料のうちの1つ又は組み合わせであることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記試料が、血液、血漿、尿、汗、涙液、リンパ、羊水、髄液及び糞便から選ばれた体液からなることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記生化学的に反応性の物質(4)が、モノクローナル抗体、ポリクローナル抗体、酵
素、無機酸化剤、無機還元剤、金属イオン、金属イオン錯体、タンパク質、ホルモン、補
足因子、細菌、細胞、ウイルス、真菌、酵母、芽胞、ファージ、細胞小器官、ペプチド、
DNA、RNA、凝固抑制物質、細胞溶解剤、抗生物質、界面活性剤、活性洗浄剤、ED
TA、アデノシン5’二リン酸、リストセチン、アラキドン酸、トロンビン、エピネフリ
ン、血小板活性化因子又はトロンビン受容体アゴニストペプチド(TRAP)から選ばれていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記液体(6)が、少なくとも1つの酸性度調整剤と、少なくとも1つのイオン強度調整剤とを含む水溶液からなることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記担体粒子(7)が、抗体か、或いはレクチンか、或いはタンパク質か、或いはペプ
チドか、或いはDNA又はRNAを有するか、或いはその表面に何も結合しておらず、及
び0.5マイクロメートル〜5mmの直径を有し、親水性シリカ、疎水性シリカ、ガラス
、二酸化ケイ素、炭水化物、イオン交換体、ポリマー、セラミック材料、タンパク質、細
菌から選ばれていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記試料は、前記毛細管(3)の空洞に、毛細管力を用いることなく手作業で押し込むことができる一定量の容積の糞便からなることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記密封容器は、断面積の広い上部と、断面積の狭い底部と、前記上部と底部とを接続し、傾斜周面により規定され、断面積が下部に向かうのに従って減少した中間部とを有し、前記内部ウィングは、前記傾斜周面に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の装置を電気コイルの中に、又は電気コイルに近接して配置して前記試料の透磁率μか、比透磁率μrか、比磁化率(μr−1)を検出するための方法。
- 請求項1ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の装置を用いて、前記密封容器内の液体の前記試料を生化学的に処理することによって、血液、血漿、尿、汗、涙液、リンパ、髄液及び糞便から選ばれた体液中の、グルコース、C反応性タンパク質(CRP及びhsCR
P)、アルブミン、シスタチンC、ヘモグロビン(Hb及びHbA1C)、ミオグロビン
、トロポニン(I及びT)、CK−MB、クレアチンキナーゼ(CK)、D−ダイマー、
BNP、proBNP、NT−proBNP、プロトロンビン、APTT、HCG、LH
、FSH、PSA、TSH、T3、T4、AFP、CEA、リポタンパク質(LDL及び
HDL)、トリグリセリド、コレステロール、抗体、A群レンサ球菌(Streptoc
occus A)、ヘリコバクター・ピロリ(Heliobacter Pylori)
、サルモネラ(Salmonella)、クラミジア(Chlamydia)、ジアルジ
ア(Giardia)、コレラ、肝炎(A型、B型及びC型)アデノウイルス、ロタウイ
ルス、タンパク質、ホルモン、補足因子、血液凝固因子、細胞−リガンド相互作用、細胞
間相互作用、血小板凝集能、細菌、細胞、ウイルス、真菌、酵母、芽胞、ファージ、細胞
、細胞小器官、DNA、RNAについて、定性的な、及びそれぞれの定量的なニアペイシ
ャント一時的分析を行う方法。 - 請求項1ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の装置を用いて、前記密封容器内の液体の前記試料を生化学的に処理することによって、グルコース、C反応性タンパク質(CRP及びhsCRP)、アルブミン、シスタチンC、ヘモグロビン(Hb及びHbA1C)、ミオグロビン、トロポニン(I及びT)、CK−MB、クレアチンキナーゼ(CK)、D−ダイマー、BNP、proBNP、NT−proBNP、プロトロンビン、APTT、HCG、LH、FSH、PSA、TSH、T3、T4、AFP、CEA、リポタンパク質(LDL及びHDL)、トリグリセリド、コレステロール、抗体、A群レンサ球菌(Streptococcus A)、ヘリコバクター・ピロリ(Heliobacter Pylori)、サルモネラ(Salmonella)、クラミジア(Chlamydia)、ジアルジア(Giardia)、コレラ、肝炎(A型、B型及びC型)アデノウイルス、ロタウイルス、タンパク質、ホルモン、補足因子、血液凝固因子、細胞−リガンド相互作用、細胞間相互作用、血小板凝集能、細菌、細胞、ウイルス、真菌、酵母、芽胞、ファージ、細胞、細胞小器官、DNA、RNAの定性分析及びそれぞれの定量分析を行う方法。
