Claims (8)
- 質量%で、C:0.01%以下、N:0.01%以下、Ti:0.2〜0.4%、Nb:0.05〜0.45%、Si:0.2〜1.0%、Mn:0.3%以下、Cr:21〜23%、Ni:0.2〜0.4%、Cu:0.3〜0.5%、Al:0.10%以下、S:0.002%以下、Zr:0.02〜0.06%であり、Ti/(C+N):20以上であり、残りの成分がFe及び不可避的不純物からなることを特徴とする、耐食性及び耐変色性に優れたフェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- 前記Siが0.45〜0.5%である、請求項1に記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- 前記Siが0.45%〜0.5%であり、ASTM D2244を満足する色差計を用いて色を測定した際、500℃で90分間加熱した後、a*値が11より小さく、かつ、b*値が11より大きい領域内に存在する、請求項1又は2に記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- 前記Nbが0.1%以下であり、前記Siが0.45%〜0.5%であり、焼鈍結晶粒の粒度がASTM No.7.5以上である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- 質量%で、C:0.01%以下、N:0.01%以下、Ti:0.2〜0.4%、Nb:0.05〜0.45%、Si:0.2〜1.0%、Mn:0.3%以下、Cr:21〜23%、Ni:0.2〜0.4%、Cu:0.3〜0.5%、Al:0.10%以下、S:0.002%以下、Zr:0.02〜0.06%であり、Ti/(C+N):20以上であり、残りの成分がFe及び不可避的不純物からなるフェライト系ステンレス鋼に冷間圧延工程と表面研磨工程を行うフェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法であって、
前記冷間圧延工程を冷延圧下率70%以上として行い、
前記表面研磨工程を320メッシュ以上のブラシロールタイプのヘアーライン表面研磨によって行うことにより、冷延表面粗度Ra及びRz値をそれぞれ0.25及び1.70に制限することを特徴とする、耐食性及び耐変色性に優れたフェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。 - 前記Siが0.45〜0.5%である、請求項5に記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。
- 前記Siが0.45%〜0.5%であり、ASTM D2244を満足する色差計を用いて色を測定した際、500℃で90分間加熱した後、a*値が11より小さく、かつ、b*値が11より大きい領域内に存在する、請求項5又は6に記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。
- 前記Nbが0.1%以下であり、前記Siが0.45%〜0.5%であり、焼鈍結晶粒の粒度がASTM No.7.5以上である、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。
