Claims (5)
- 多孔質体と、その多孔質体の表面に形成された分離膜と、を有する複合体の製造方法であって、
前記多孔質体を得た後に、
得られた多孔質体の細孔内の加圧をした状態で、前記分離膜の溶液又はのちに前記分離膜となる前駆体溶液を多孔質体の表面に接触をさせる工程に、1回以上供するとともに、
その工程における接触が、前記分離膜の溶液又はのちに前記分離膜となる前駆体溶液の中に前記多孔質体を浸漬することによってなされ、
前記加圧にかかる圧力が、ゲージ圧として1〜1000kPaであり、前記加圧が、多孔質体の、分離膜の溶液又はのちに分離膜となる前駆体溶液に接触させる側とは、反対側からなされる分離膜多孔質体複合体の製造方法。 - 前記加圧をした状態が、前記多孔質体の細孔内へ加圧ガスを供給することで実現される請求項1に記載の分離膜多孔質体複合体の製造方法。
- 前記多孔質体が、モノリス形状である請求項1又は2に記載の分離膜多孔質体複合体の製造方法。
- 前記分離膜が、分子ふるい炭素膜である請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の分離膜多孔質体複合体の製造方法。
- 多孔質体の表面に分離膜を形成する方法であって、
加圧ガスを供給して多孔質体の細孔内をゲージ圧として1〜1000kPaの圧力に加圧をした状態で、前記分離膜の溶液又はのちに前記分離膜となる前駆体溶液を多孔質体の表面に接触をさせる工程を含み、
その工程における接触が、前記分離膜の溶液又はのちに前記分離膜となる前駆体溶液の中に前記多孔質体を浸漬することによってなされ、前記加圧が、多孔質体の、分離膜の溶液又はのちに分離膜となる前駆体溶液に接触させる側とは、反対側からなされる多孔質体の表面への分離膜形成方法。
