Abstract
LAMINADO DE PELìCULA DE CARBONO E MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO DO MESMO E DISPOSITIVO DE REMOçãO DE VOC. A presente invenção refere-se a um laminado de película de carbono 1 tendo um substrato poroso 6 formado de uma pluralidade de partículas e uma película de carbono 2 provida sobre uma superfície do substrato poroso 6, onde o substrato poroso 6 inclui uma camada de superfície 3 que está em contato com a película de carbono 2 e que é formada de partículas 3a tendo um tamanho de partícula médio de 0,01 a 0,11 <109>, e um corpo poroso 5 formado de partículas tendo um tamanho de partícula médio diferindo daquele das partículas 3a que formam a camada de superfície 3. A invenção provê um laminado de película de carbono que não gera quebras e furinhos da película de carbono e que é adequado para produção de sua película fina.
