Claims (5)
- 黄銅素材でロードケースを製作し、その表面を錫メッキする段階と、
黄銅素材で放熱ピンを製作し、その表面を錫メッキする段階と、
前記ロードケースの内部に発熱モジュールを挿入してPTCロードを組立てる段階と、
別途の固定具で前記PTCロードと前記放熱ピンを仮結合してソルダーリング接合する段階と、
前記PTCロード及び放熱ピンの縦方向の両端部に上部ハウジング及び下部ハウジングを結合する段階と、を含むことを特徴とするPTCヒーターの製造方法。 - 前記ソルダーリング接合する段階は、無鉛ソルダーを用いてソルダーリング接合することを特徴とする請求項1記載のPTCヒーターの製造方法。
- 前記ソルダーリング接合する段階は、前記PTCロードと放熱ピンが仮結合された状態で前記放熱ピンの外郭側には長手方向に直線型のサイドフレームが結合されてソルダーリング接合されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のPTCヒーターの製造方法。
- 黄銅素材で製作されて表面に錫メッキされたロードケースの内部に発熱モジュールが挿入されるPTCロードと、
黄銅素材で製作されて表面に錫メッキされ、前記PTCロードの両面に接触されるように結合される放熱ピンと、
前記PTCロードの縦方向の両端部にそれぞれ結合される上部ハウジング及び下部ハウジングと、を含み、
前記PTCロード及び放熱ピンはソルダーリング接合されて結合されることを特徴とするPTCヒーター。 - 前記上部ハウジング及び下部ハウジングの両側端部には長手方向に直線型のサイドフレームが装着されることを特徴とする請求項4記載のPTCヒーター。
