Description
抽気ガスの冷却は、排ガス抽気管11で、冷却ファン11aからの冷却空気を抽気ガスと混合させて行い、排ガス抽気口3a付近に設置した温度計で混合ガス温度を逐次測定しながら、抽気ガス量も調整する。
この低セレン含有クリンカーにより、これを用いたセメント組成物、混合セメント及びセメント系固化材(一般軟弱土、高有機質土、特殊土用固化材(六価クロム対策用)を含む)、及び固化処理土からは、セレンの溶出量を大幅に低減することができる。特に、セレンの溶出量はほぼ全ての土質において土壌汚染の環境基準(0.01mg/L)以下を実現することができる。また、クリンカー中のセレン含有量は、より低い方が好ましいが、抽気率上昇による燃費悪化を考慮すると、0.05mg/kg以上、好ましくは0.2mg/kg以上、特に好ましくは0.6mg/kg以上とするのが、工業的及び生産コストの点で、より好ましい。

具体的には、図1のバッグフィルタ15で捕集された抽気ダストを、仕上げミル30で、セメントクリンカー、石膏、スラグとともに粉砕、あるいはセメントクリンカー、石膏と共に粉砕後スラグと混合し、セメント組成物を得る。
抽気ダストを添加せず、セメントクリンカーと石膏、更に内割でスラグを42質量%添加した試製セメントのセレン含有量とセメント粉体からのセレン溶出量とを表1に、JIS R 5201:1997「セメントの物理試験方法」に準拠して測定したブレーン比表面積も表1に示す。また、セメントB3、B5の主要な化学成分を表2に示す。また、高炉スラグの化学成分およびブレーン比表面積を表3、抽気ダストの化学成分を表4に示す。表2のig.loss〜f.CaOはJIS M 8853:1998「セラミック用アルミノけい酸塩質原料」、ClはJIS R 5202「セメントの化学分析方法」に準拠して測定した。
試製したセメントB3及びB4に、抽気ダストD1及びD2をそれぞれ添加若しくは添加せずに調整したセメント系固化材(No.1〜16)と、B5に無水石膏を添加して調整したセメント系固化材(No.17)を使用して関東ロームを処理した固化処理土からのセレン溶出量を表5及び図3に示す。

Claims (5)
- サスペンションプレヒーターを備えたセメント焼成装置において、前記サスペンションプレヒーター部からロータリーキルン入口フッド部までにおけるセメントキルンからのセレン含有排ガスの一部を、抽気率が0.1〜10%、抽気ガス温度が300〜1300℃で、キルン入口フッド部から抽気し、冷却して、セレン含有排ガスからセレンを1190〜5000mg/kg含有する抽気ダストを捕集し、且つセレン含有量が0.05〜1.4mg/kg、ボーグ式算定のC3S量が50〜65質量%であるセメントクリンカーを製造する工程(A)と、抽気ダストを0.059〜0.34質量%とセメントクリンカーと石膏と高炉スラグを42〜60質量%とを混合して、セレン含有量が2.0〜5.0mg/kgのセメント組成物を得る工程(B)とを有するセレン溶出量を低減したセメント組成物を用いるセメント系固化材の製造方法。
- 抽気ガス温度が1150〜1300℃である、請求項1記載のセメント系固化材の製造方法。
- セレン含有排ガスからセレンを1190〜2000mg/kg含有する抽気ダストを捕集する、請求項1又は2記載のセメント系固化材の製造方法。
- セレン含有量が0.2〜1.4mg/kgであるセメントクリンカーを製造する工程(A)を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のセメント系固化材の製造方法。
- セレン含有排ガスの一部を、抽気率が0.1〜7%で抽気する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のセメント系固化材の製造方法。
