Claims (12)
- 回転体を備えた分散攪拌機であって、
前記回転体の内径側と外径側とに開口し連通して設けられた流路を具備し、
前記流路は、
前記流路の間隙が内径側から外径側に縮小するように設けられた流路縮小部と、
この流路縮小部の外径側で前記流路の間隙が内径側から外径側に拡大するように設けられた流路拡大部と、
前記流路縮小部と前記流路拡大部との間の間隙最小部とを有する
ことを特徴とする分散攪拌機。 - 回転体を形成する互いに対向して設けられた複数枚の円盤を具備し、
流路は、これら円盤間に設けられた
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の分散攪拌機。 - 流路の流路拡大部より内径側に設けられた多孔性部材を具備した
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の分散攪拌機。 - 回転体には、流路拡大部の内径側と、流路拡大部の外径側と、流路拡大部の内径側および外径側の両方とのいずれかに、遠心翼が設けられた
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の分散攪拌機。 - 回転体の一端面が上方に向けて配置されるとともに、この一端面に回転体の内側と外側とを連通する孔部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4いずれか記載の分散攪拌機。 - 回転体の外面に攪拌翼が設けられた
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5いずれか記載の分散攪拌機。 - 回転体を回転駆動するキャンドモータを具備した
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6いずれか記載の分散攪拌機。 - 流体を貯留するタンクと、
このタンクの底部および側部の少なくともいずれかに設けられ、前記タンク内に貯留された流体に他の流体を分散し攪拌する請求項7記載の分散攪拌機と
を具備したことを特徴とする分散槽。 - タンク内に貯留された流体を外部に取り出すとともに取り出した流体をタンク内に戻す外部循環路と、
前記タンク内に貯留された流体を前記外部循環路に循環させるポンプとを具備した
ことを特徴とする請求項8記載の分散槽。 - 流体を貯留するタンクと、
このタンク内に貯留された流体を外部に取り出すとともに取り出した流体をタンク内に戻す外部循環路と、
前記タンク内に貯留された流体を前記外部循環路に循環させるポンプと、
前記外部循環路に設けられ、前記外部循環路内を循環する流体に他の流体を分散し攪拌する請求項7記載の分散攪拌機と
を具備したことを特徴とする分散槽。 - タンク内から外部循環路に取り出した流体の一部を次工程に送出する送出路を具備した
ことを特徴とする請求項9または10記載の分散槽。 - タンク内に貯留された流体より比重の軽い他の流体を前記分散攪拌機に供給する流体供給路と、
前記タンク内に貯留された流体より上方に分離した他の流体を前記分散攪拌機に戻す流体循環路とを具備した
ことを特徴とする請求項8ないし11いずれか記載の分散槽。
