Claims (1)
- 少なくとも1種の物質の単離のために混合物の粘度が分離プロセスの間変化する、レセプタクル(2)中の少なくとも2種の物質の混合物の分離を制御するための方法であって、
前記少なくとも2種の物質のうち、少なくとも1種の物質が固形分として存在し、少なくとも1種の物質が液体として存在し;
次の工程:
(a)一定の力をかけながらレセプタクル(2)中に収容されているピストン(3)を前記混合物中に移動させる工程、
(b)前記ピストン(3)の速度および加速度を検出する工程、
(c)前記速度および加速度を既定の所望の値と比較する工程
を含み、
速度が前記ピストン(3)の移動の一次導関数を形成することによって測定され、加速度が前記ピストン(3)の移動の二次導関数を形成することによって測定され;
ピストン(3)は濾過表面(5)を備え、レセプタクル(2)の内部を案内され、かつ、液体として存在する前記物質がピストン(3)を通って流れることができ;
加速度が負の値であり、かつ、速度が実質的にゼロになると、沈澱し堆積した固形分がレセプタクル(2)のピストン(3)とは反対側に配置されるかき板デバイス(21)でかき取られる
ことを特徴とする方法。
