Description
粉体として関東ローム焼成品(JIS Z 8901 試験用粉体1−11種、D50(中位径)=2.7μm、1μm以下の割合=50.2pop%)を用い、粉体に対して助剤を8質量%添加した。助剤としては10〜50質量%のエタノール水溶液を用いた。
分級機を用いて混合機によって混合した助剤と粉体との混合物の分級を行った。
Claims (2)
- 流体分級機を用いた粉体の分級方法において、
粉体とアルコールを10〜50質量%含むアルコール水溶液からなる助剤とを混合する混合工程と、
前記混合工程において混合された前記粉体を前記流体分級機に投入する投入工程と、
気体を加熱する加熱工程と、
前記加熱工程において加熱された前記気体を前記流体分級機に供給する供給工程と、
前記流体分級機において、前記粉体に混合した前記助剤を気化させながら前記粉体を粒径に基づいて分級する分級工程と
を含むことを特徴とする粉体の分級方法。 - 前記アルコールはエタノールであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の粉体の分級方法。
