Claims (7)
- ブリスク型ロータホイール、詳細には航空機用ガスタービン用の多段コンプレッサロータの翼端の製造方法であって、固定治具内に固定されるロータホイールもしくはコンプレッサロータの翼端は円錐形カッタにより機械加工され、
前記円錐形カッタの刃先は前記ロータホイールもしくは前記コンプレッサロータの外表面に対して正接に配向され、かつ前記翼端上で原則的に前記翼端の中心線に沿って誘導され、前記工具の軸は、前記多段コンプレッサロータの外表面に正接する投影面において、前記翼端の中心線に沿って誘導されている方向に対して直角の方向に配向され、切削力は前記中心線および前記中心線に垂直な軸に作用し、かつ前記中心線に沿った前記ブレードの最も剛性の高い方向に作用することを特徴とする方法。 - ブレード形状は、ブレード厚さおよび前記中心線に対する工具通路に依存して線形状、斜面形状もしくは切子面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 円錐形カッタの先端角は30°から150°、ねじれ角は0°から60°であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 翼端の機械加工は冷却潤滑剤を用いて実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ロータホイールもしくは前記コンプレッサロータが固定されると、まず加工材料の位置および零点位置が計測装置により決定され、その後、全ての前記翼端が順次粗フライス前加工され、その後実行される寸法の再検査および補正値の決定に基づき最終フライス加工され、その後、更なる検査工程が実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ロータホイールもしくは前記コンプレッサロータが固定されると、まず加工材料の位置および零点位置が計測装置により決定され、その後、翼端が粗フライス加工され、寸法検査および補正値決定に基づき、当該翼端は最終加工され、その後、検査工程が実行され、その後、残りのブレードが同様に加工されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 最終フライス加工および寸法の再検査は、必要に応じて、任意の最終寸法が得られるまで繰り返し実行されることを特徴とする、請求項5又は請求項6に記載の方法。
