Description
・珪素に結合するアルケニル基を1分子当たり平均して2個有する少なくとも1種のポリオルガノシロキサン(A)であって、該アルケニル基がそれぞれ2〜6個の炭素原子を含有し、1個を超えるアルケニル基には珪素原子が結合していないもの、
・珪素原子に結合する水素原子を1分子当たり少なくとも2個、好ましくは少なくとも3個有する少なくとも1種の水素保有シリコーン化合物(B)、
・随意に、少なくとも1種の非官能化ポリオルガノシロキサン(C)、及び
・白金系ヒドロシリル化触媒(D)
を含むシリコーン組成物を架橋させることによって得られる。

・少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケート(ゼオライトが特に好ましく、合成ゼオライトがさらに好ましい)の、外用義乳房、痂皮形成防止クッション又は痂皮形成防止マットレス用のシリコーンゲルにおける消臭活性成分Cとしての使用、及び
・前記アルミノシリケートがゼオライト、好ましくはゼオライトであることを特徴とする前記使用
に関するものでもある。
(1)以下のリストは、このゲルのA及びB部の組成物において使用した出発材料を説明するものである:
・オイル(A)(SiVi)=粘度100000mPa.sのα,ω(ジメチルビニルシロキシ)ポリジメチルシロキサンオイル、
・オイル(B)(SiH)=粘度25mPa.sのポリ(ジメチルシロキシ)(シロキシメチルヒドロゲノ)−α,ω−(ジメチルヒドロゲノシロキシ)オイル、
・オイル(C)(PDMS)=粘度100mPa.sのα,ω(トリメチルシロキシ)ポリジメチルシロキサン、
・スラリー(D):ビニル末端基を有するポリジメチルシロキサンオイル+30重量%の非晶質ヒュームドシリカの混合物
・オイル(E)(環状DVI):メチルビニルシクロシロキサン、
・混合物(F):粘度50mPa.sのポリジメチルシロキサンオイル中、10重量%のα,ω(トリメチルシロキシ)ポリ(シロキシメチルヒドロゲノ)オイル(構造MD’50M)、
・粘度10mPa.sのオイル(G)(SiH)α,ω(トリメチルシロキシ)ポリ(ジメチルシロキシ)(シロキシメチルヒドロゲノ)オイル、
・触媒(F)=架橋用触媒として使用した溶液状の有機金属白金錯体;この触媒の濃度は、該組成物の総質量に対する、酸化状態0のPt金属の重量パーセントとして与えられる。
Pharetra社が販売するポリウレタンフィルム(フィルムの厚さ:60〜70ミクロン)の2cm2の面積を有する断片をこれらのゲル(C−1)及び(I−1)に混合し、そして、その全体を120℃で1時間30分にわたり硬化させる。この試験の結果を以下の表2に与える。
Claims (9)
- ポリウレタン系プラスチックフィルム型又はシリコーンエラストマー型の柔軟材料から形成された密閉エンベロープAを含む物品であって、該密閉エンベロープAは、ヒドロシリル化によりゲルに架橋できるシリコーン組成物Bを架橋することによって得られたシリコーンゲルを充填材料として含有し、該シリコーン組成物Bがアルミノシリケート、シクロデキストリン及び開いた又は閉じたかご形構造を有する化合物よりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の消臭活性成分Cを含み、該シリコーン組成物Bが次の成分:
・異なる珪素に結合した、多くとも6個の炭素原子を有するアルケニル基を1分子当たり平均2個含有し、かつ、200000mPa.s以下の動的粘度を有するポリジオルガノシロキサン(A)と、
・ポリ(ジメチルシロキシ)(シロキシメチルヒドロゲノ)−α,ω−(ジメチルヒドロゲノシロキシ)及びα,ω−(ジメチルヒドロゲノシロキシ)ポリジメチルシロキサンから選択されるポリオルガノヒドロゲノシロキサン(B)と、
・α,ω−(トリメチルシロキシ)ポリジメチルシロキサン(C)と、
・白金系ヒドロシリル化触媒(D)と、
を含むことを特徴とする、前記物品。 - 外用人工乳房、痂皮形成防止クッション又は痂皮形成防止マットレスであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記アルミノシリケートがゼオライトであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の物品。
- ヒドロシリル化によってゲルに架橋できる前記シリコーン組成物Bが、前記消臭成分Cを、該シリコーン組成物Bの総重量に対して1重量%まで含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記シリコーン組成物Bがメチルビニルシクロシロキサン(E)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記シリコーン組成物Bが、前記成分(A)、(B)及び(C)と、前記成分(E)とを含む少なくとも2種の成分を有する系からなり、ただし、該系は、有機金属白金触媒(D)が該成分(B)から分離していることを条件とすることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の物品。
- 前記シリコーン組成物Bが、
・粘度100000mPa.sのα,ω(ジメチルビニルシロキシ)ポリジメチルシロキサンオイル、
・粘度25mPa.sのポリ(ジメチルシロキシ)(シロキシメチルヒドロゲノ)−α,ω−(ジメチルヒドロゲノシロキシ)オイル、
・粘度100mPa.sのα,ω(トリメチルシロキシ)ポリジメチルシロキサン、
・ビニル末端基を有するポリジメチルシロキサンオイルと30重量%の非晶質ヒュームドシリカとの混合物、
・メチルビニルシクロシロキサン、
・粘度50mPa.sのポリジメチルシロキサンオイル中、10重量%のα,ω(トリメチルシロキシ)ポリ(シロキシメチルヒドロゲノ)オイル、
・粘度10mPa.sの(SiH)α,ω(トリメチルシロキシ)ポリ(ジメチルシロキシ)(シロキシメチルヒドロゲノ)オイル、及び
・有機金属白金錯体
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の物品。 - 少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケートの外用義乳房、痂皮形成防止クッション又は痂皮形成防止マットレス用のシリコーンゲルにおける消臭活性成分Cとしての使用であって、該外用義乳房、痂皮形成防止クッション又は痂皮形成防止マットレスは、ポリウレタン系プラスチックフィルム型又はシリコーンエラストマー型の柔軟材料から形成された密閉エンベロープAを含み、該シリコーンゲルは、ヒドロキシル化によりゲルに架橋できるシリコーン組成物Bを架橋することによって得られ、該シリコーン組成物Bは次の成分:
・異なる珪素に結合した、多くとも6個の炭素原子を有するアルケニル基を1分子当たり平均2個含有し、かつ、200000mPa.s以下の動的粘度を有するポリジオルガノシロキサン(A)と、
・ポリ(ジメチルシロキシ)(シロキシメチルヒドロゲノ)−α,ω−(ジメチルヒドロゲノシロキシ)及びα,ω−(ジメチルヒドロゲノシロキシ)ポリジメチルシロキサンから選択されるポリオルガノヒドロゲノシロキサン(B)と、
・α,ω−(トリメチルシロキシ)ポリジメチルシロキサン(C)と、
・白金系ヒドロシリル化触媒(D)と、
を含むことを特徴とする使用。 - 前記アルミノシリケートがゼオライトであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の使用。
