Description
少なくとも2種類のタンパク質分子を含む液にレーザー光束を照射し、該タンパク質分子からの散乱光を受光して、その散乱光信号からタンパク質分子の組成を測定する分子組成測定方法であって、
前記タンパク質分子に所定波長のレーザー光束を照射し、
前記タンパク質分子に前記波長と異なるレーザー光束を照射し、
前記それぞれ異なる波長のレーザー光束で照射されたタンパク質分子の散乱光信号の自己相関関数に基づきタンパク質分子の組成を測定することを特徴とする。
少なくとも2種類のタンパク質分子を含む液にレーザー光束を照射し、該タンパク質分子からの散乱光を受光して、その散乱光信号からタンパク質分子の組成を測定する分子組成測定装置であって、
波長の異なるレーザー光束を発光するレーザー光源と、
前記レーザー光源からの所定波長のレーザー光束で照射されたタンパク質分子からの散乱光信号の自己相関関数と、前記レーザー光束の波長と異なるレーザー光束で照射されたタンパク質分子からの散乱光信号の自己相関関数とを求める相関器と、
前記それぞれ異なる波長のレーザー光束で求められた自己相関関数に基づきタンパク質分子の組成を演算する演算器と、
を備えたことを特徴とする。

Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2種類のタンパク質分子を含む液にレーザー光束を照射し、該タンパク質分子からの散乱光を受光して、その散乱光信号からタンパク質分子の組成を測定する分子組成測定方法であって、
前記タンパク質分子に所定波長のレーザー光束を照射し、
前記タンパク質分子に前記波長と異なるレーザー光束を照射し、
前記それぞれ異なる波長のレーザー光束で照射されたタンパク質分子の散乱光信号の自己相関関数に基づきタンパク質分子の組成を測定することを特徴とする分子組成測定方法。 - 前記タンパク質分子が人眼前房内の前房水に浮遊するタンパク質分子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分子組成測定方法。
- 前記タンパク質分子が試料セル内の溶液に浮遊するタンパク質分子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分子組成測定方法。
- 2種類のタンパク質分子の濃度、あるいはその比が測定されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の分子組成測定方法。
- 前記タンパク質分子がアルブミンとグロブリンであることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の分子組成測定方法。
- 少なくとも2種類のタンパク質分子を含む液にレーザー光束を照射し、該タンパク質分子からの散乱光を受光して、その散乱光信号からタンパク質分子の組成を測定する分子組成測定装置であって、
波長の異なるレーザー光束を発光するレーザー光源と、
前記レーザー光源からの所定波長のレーザー光束で照射されたタンパク質分子からの散乱光信号の自己相関関数と、前記レーザー光束の波長と異なるレーザー光束で照射されたタンパク質分子からの散乱光信号の自己相関関数とを求める相関器と、
前記それぞれ異なる波長のレーザー光束で求められた自己相関関数に基づきタンパク質分子の組成を演算する演算器と、
を備えたことを特徴とする分子組成測定装置。 - 前記タンパク質分子が人眼前房内の前房水に浮遊するタンパク質分子であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の分子組成測定装置。
- 前記タンパク質分子が試料セル内の溶液に浮遊するタンパク質分子であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の分子組成測定装置。
- 2種類のタンパク質分子の濃度、あるいはその比が測定されることを特徴とする請求項6から8のいずれか1項に記載の分子組成測定装置。
- 前記タンパク質分子がアルブミンとグロブリンであることを特徴とする請求項6から9のいずれか1項に記載の分子組成測定装置。
