グラフト度:0.2〜3%(特に0.5〜1.5%)
ゲル比率:<5%、好ましくは<1%

[O]グラフトされたMAHx[(C+H)/O]MAH=[C+H]グラフトされたMAH
MAHグラフト度=[MAH]EVA−g−MAH=[O]グラフトされたMAH+[C+H]グラフトされたMAH
架橋されたEVA相と相溶剤EVA−g−MAHのゲル比率は、クロロホルムを用いた熱抽出によって測定した。更に、サンプルを、沸騰したクロロホルム中で還流しながら15時間抽出した。不溶性部分を分離した後、後者を一定重量となるまで乾燥し、その後、重量測定した。最初の重量に対する不溶性残渣の重量比率は、%でのゲル比率を示している。
実施例3及び4と同様にして、成分グリラミッドL16A、レバメルト500及び、実施例1にて製造した相溶剤EVA−g−MAHから成る動的架橋したPA12−EVA混合物を生成する。油膨潤及び機械的特性は、DIN引張強度試験バール上で測定した。

Claims (18)
- 熱可塑性基質としてのポリアミド30〜80重量%と、架橋した分散エラストマー相とを含む成形コンパウンドであって、
前記の架橋した分散エラストマー相が、前記熱可塑性基質に結合しており、当該成形コンパウンドに対してそれぞれ10〜69重量%の、エチレンコポリマーであるエチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)と、1〜10重量%である相溶剤とを含有し、
当該相溶剤が、エチレンコポリマーのポリマー主鎖上への、α,β,エチレン不飽和モノ‐及び/又はジカルボン酸又はそれらの誘導体のグラフトによって得られた化合物群から選ばれたものであること、及び
前記EVAが前記分散エラストマー相中にて前記相溶剤と架橋しており、しかも、前記相溶剤のグラフトした官能基が前記ポリアミドと結合していることを特徴とする成形コンパウンド。 - 前記成形コンパウンドに対して1〜7重量%の相溶剤が添加されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形コンパウンド。
- 前記成形コンパウンドに対して1〜5重量%の相溶剤が添加されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形コンパウンド。
- 前記の架橋した分散エラストマー相の平均粒子径が、0.2μmと3μmの間の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の少なくとも1項に記載の成形コンパウンド。
- 前記の架橋した分散エラストマー相の平均粒子径が、0.5μmと3μmの間の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の少なくとも1項に記載の成形コンパウンド。
- 前記の分散エラストマー相の架橋が、ラジカル的に引き起こされることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の少なくとも1項に記載の成形コンパウンド。
- 過酸化物により開始されるラジカル架橋が実施されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の成形コンパウンド。
- 前記の分散エラストマー相の架橋が、エネルギー豊富な放射線の導入によって行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の少なくとも1項に記載の成形コンパウンド。
- 前記のポリマー主鎖上へのグラフトのためのエダクトが、無水マレイン酸(MAH)、(メタ)アクリル酸、グリシジル(メタ)アクリレート、ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、メチル(メタ)アクリレートから選ばれたものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の少なくとも1項に記載の成形コンパウンド。
- ポリアミドとして、部分的に結晶性のポリアミドが使用されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9の少なくとも1項に記載の成形コンパウンド。
- 前記ポリアミドが、PA6,PA66,PA11,PA46,PA12,PA1212,PA1012,PA610,PA612,PA69,PA9T,PA6T,PA6I,PA10T,PA12T,PA12I、これらの混合物又はコポリマーから選ばれたものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜10の少なくとも1項に記載の成形コンパウンド。
- 更に前記成形コンパウンドが添加物を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜11の少なくとも1項に記載の成形コンパウンド。
- 前記ポリアミド、前記コポリマー及び前記相溶剤が、混合ユニット内で混合され、前記の分散エラストマー相の架橋が実施されることを特徴とする請求項1〜12の少なくとも1項に記載の成形コンパウンドを製造するための方法。
- 前記混合ユニットが、ローラー、マルチローラー装置、溶解装置、完全混合機又は混合押出機から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 二軸スクリュー押出機が、混合ユニットとして使用されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記架橋が、前記成形コンパウンドのエダクトと共にラジカル開始剤を添加することにより行われることを特徴とする請求項13〜15の少なくとも1項に記載の方法。
- 前記架橋が、前記成形コンパウンドの生成の間、又は生成の後に、エネルギー豊富な放射線の導入によって行われることを特徴とする請求項13〜15の少なくとも1項に記載の方法。
- 成形物を製造するための、前記請求項1〜12の少なくとも1項に記載の成形コンパウンドの使用。
