Description
Claims (10)
- プロセス流体の流れを受け入れるために配置された流管と、
前記流管に隣接して前記プロセス流体に磁界を作用させるために配置されたコイルと、
前記コイルに電流を供給するように構成されたH型ブリッジを備えている電源と、
作用された磁界に応じた流管中の電位差であって、前記流管を通過するプロセス流体の流速を示す電位差を検知するために配置された検知電極と、
前記コイルおよび電気的接地間の電気的経路を示す出力を有する診断回路とを備え、
前記診断回路が、前記H型ブリッジのスイッチの動作を制御する磁気流量計。 - 前記診断回路が、前記コイルからの電流戻り経路の電気的接続部を開く請求項1記載の磁気流量計。
- 前記診断回路が、電源および前記コイル間の電気的接続部を閉じる請求項1記載の磁気流量計。
- 前記診断回路が、受信命令に応答して動作する請求項1記載の磁気流量計。
- 前記診断回路が、前記コイルおよび接地間の電気抵抗を周期的に測定する請求項1記載の磁気流量計。
- 前記診断回路が、前記コイルに与えられる駆動信号の半サイクルの間、前記コイルおよび接地間の電気抵抗を測定する請求項1記載の磁気流量計。
- 前記診断回路が、検知抵抗を通る電流を測定する請求項1記載の磁気流量計。
- 前記診断回路が、前記コイルおよび接地間の電気抵抗に関連する測定値を比較し、測定値を閾値と比較する請求項1記載の磁気流量計。
- 前記診断回路が、前記コイルおよび電気的接地間の電気抵抗に基づいて流量測定値を補正する請求項1記載の磁気流量計。
- 前記診断回路からの出力が2線プロセスループに接続される請求項1記載の磁気流量計。
