Description
従来技術のものに対して、独立請求項に記載した特徴を有する本発明による装置は、リベット結合若しくは圧縮結合に依存することなしに機械的な強度が高められる、という利点を有している。これは、ピンを回動防止するための手段が設けられている、ことによって得られる。この手段は特に、ピンの回転を生ぜしめる力を吸収する。これによって、バッテリーケーブルの引張力は、極端子を介して導出させることができる。また、提案された解決策は、ピンを有する、予め組み立てられた極端子として構成される。ピンを介して、簡単な形式で極端子との機械的な結合が得られると同時に、電気的な絶縁も得られる。
Claims (12)
- 極端子にピンを固定するための装置であって、バッテリー極に接続するための少なくとも1つの極端子(10)と、該極端子(10)に接続された少なくとも1つの電子回路ユニット(22)又は測定エレメント(16)と、バッテリーケーブル(12)に接続するための少なくとも1つのピン(14)と、該ピン(14)と前記極端子(10)とを互いに電気的に絶縁する少なくとも1つの絶縁体(18)とを有しており、前記ピン(14)が接続部(24)を介して前記極端子(10)に機械的に固定されている形式のものにおいて、
前記ピン(14)を前記極端子(10)に対して回動防止するための手段(18,38,40,42)が設けられており、該手段として、前記極端子(10)に設けられ、前記ピン(14)の縦軸線に関連して半径方向及び/又は軸方向の力を吸収する収容輪郭部(42)を備えた収容部(20)と、前記ピン(14)に設けられ、前記収容輪郭部(42)と協働する固定輪郭部(40)と、を有しており、前記絶縁体(18)が、少なくとも収容輪郭部(42)と固定輪郭部(40)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、極端子にピンを固定するための装置。 - 前記固定輪郭部(40)が星形に構成されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記収容輪郭部(42)が星形に構成されている、請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 前記収容輪郭部(42)が、1つ又は2つの丸味の付けられた側面を備えた長方形又は三角形に構成されている、請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 前記収容輪郭部(42)は、前記ピン(14)の軸方向に対して垂直な平面において対抗面を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記絶縁体(18)が、フレキシブルな材料より成っている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記絶縁体(18)が射出成形によって形成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記絶縁体(18)が、ピン(14)のコーティング(18″)によって形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記ピン(14)が、少なくとも部分的に環状に延びるフランジ(38)を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記フランジ(38)の外径が、前記絶縁体(18)の外径よりも小さい、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記フランジ(38)が、前記測定エレメント(16)を収容するために用いられる、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記極端子(10)と測定エレメント(16)とが、圧縮成形部(34)によって、機械的、かつ導電的に互いに結合されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
