Description
壁の厚みが127μmで0.965mm の内径(以下、“ID”)および1.168mmの外径(以下、“OD”)を有した自己拡大の形状記憶ニッケル−チタンステントが、1.194 mmのIDおよび1.295mmのODの装着/溶接の取り付け具である装着鞘に装着され、1.257mmのODで壁厚みが4.5μmのカバーが装着鞘の上に装着される。カバーの近位端領域は、その後、丸められたステントの近位端領域に溶接される。
127μmの壁厚みを有した自己拡大の形状記憶ステントは、0.97mmの内径(以下、“ID”)および1.17mmの外径(以下、“OD”)に丸められる。丸められたステントは、その後、1.19mmのIDと1.295mmのODを有した、装着/溶接具である装着鞘に装着され、また、1.257mmのODおよび4.5ミクロンの壁厚のカバーは装着鞘上に装着される。カバーの近位端領域は、その後丸められたステントの近位端領域に溶接される。
Claims (13)
- 移植可能なカバーの付いたステントであって、
a)構造部材および該構造部材の近位端と末端との間で定義された長さを有し、前記近位端または前記末端の少なくとも1つから少なくとも1つの拡大部材が突出し、前記少なくとも1つの拡大部材のそれぞれが、実質的な平面および当該ステントのどの構造部材の幅より大きな幅を有し、前記近位端と前記末端との間に少なくとも1つの窓が配された、自己拡大ステントと、
b)近位端領域および末端領域と、壁面と、前記壁面を貫通する複数の開口と、を有した金属カバー部材と、
を具え、
前記金属カバーの近位端領域は第1接合部において少なくとも1つの拡大した近位部材に熱的方法によって接合され、前記金属カバーの遠位端領域は第2接合部において少なくとも1つの拡大した遠位部材に熱的方法によって接合され、前記ステントおよび前記金属カバーは同じ生体適合性金属によって形成され、前記金属カバーは少なくとも部分的に前記少なくとも1つの窓を閉じて移植可能なカバー付のステントを形成することを特徴とするステント。 - 前記ステントと前記金属カバーは、縮小の度合いにおいて互換性があることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植可能な医療器具。
- 前記のステントおよび前記金属カバーのそれぞれは、チタン、バナジウム、アルミニウム、ニッケル、タンタル、ジルコニウム、クロム、銀、金、シリコン、マグネシウム、ニオブ、スカンジウム、プラチナ、コバルト、パラジウム、マンガン、モリブデンおよびその合金、ジルコニウム−チタン−タンタル合金、ニッケル−チタン合金、コバルト−クロム合金およびステンレス鋼から構成される群から選択された少なくとも1つの材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植可能な医療器具。
- 前記ステントは体温より低い遷移温度を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植可能な医療器具。
- 前記金属カバーは、60℃と100℃の間の遷移温度を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の移植可能な医療器具。
- 前記第1接合部および前記第2接合部は、さらに溶接部を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の移植可能な医療器具。
- 前記溶接部は硝酸溶液によって処理されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の移植可能な医療器具。
- 一定外径のカテーテル鞘と誘導線鞘とをさらに具えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植可能な医療器具。
- テーパの付いたカテーテル鞘と誘導線鞘とをさらに具えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植可能な医療器具。
- 外径を有するカテーテル鞘と、押し込み部材と、誘導線軸と、傷つけない先端と、をさらに具え、前記移植可能なカバー付のステントは前記カテーテル鞘に少なくとも部分的に含まれ、前記誘導軸は、前記押し込み部材の中央の穴および前記移植可能なカバー付のステントの中央管腔と同軸で通って前記傷つけない先端に連結され、前記傷つけない先端は前記誘導軸の末端に取り付けられ、および前記傷つけない先端は前記カテーテル鞘の末端に当接することにより前記移植可能なカバー付ステントを当該カテーテル鞘の内部に納めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植可能な医療器具。
- 前記ステントの少なくとも1つの、近位拡大部材および末端拡大部材は、室温で拡がることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の移植可能な医療器具。
- 前記ステントの少なくとも1つの、近位拡大部材および末端拡大部材は、前記ステントの内側の面のX−Y軸において概ね四辺形の形を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植可能な医療器具。
- 移植可能なカバーの付いたステントであって、
a)構造部材および該構造部材の近位端と末端との間で定義された長さを有し、前記近位端から少なくとも1つの近位拡大部材が近位方向に突出しおよび前記末端から少なくとも1つの末端拡大部材が末端方向に突出し、前記近位および末端拡大部材のそれぞれが、実質的な平面および当該ステントのどの構造部材の幅より大きな幅を有し、前記少なくとも1つの近位拡大部材と前記少なくとも1つの末端拡大部材との間に少なくとも1つの窓が配された、自己拡大ステントと、
b)近位端領域および末端領域と、壁面と、前記壁面を貫通する複数の開口と、を有した金属カバー部材と、
を具え、
c)前記金属カバーの近位端領域は第1接合部において少なくとも1つの近位拡大部材に第1層間材料を含む熱的方法によって接合され、前記金属カバーの遠位端領域は第2接合部において少なくとも1つの末端拡大部材に第1層間材料を熱的方法によって接合され、前記ステントおよび前記金属カバーは同じ生体適合性金属によって形成され、前記金属カバーは少なくとも部分的に前記少なくとも1つの窓を閉じて移植可能なカバー付のステントを形成することを特徴とするステント。
